Can’t review the work because he never came out when he said he was going to. Someone in my neighborhood recommended him so I gave him a call and spoke to him about what I was wanting to do, and he said that he would come out the following day and if I would text him my address, which I did. Well, he never showed up, and this isn’t the first concrete company to do this, a few other were no-shows, so I’m going to leave them a similar review because I am sick of unprofessional companies. At least give someone a call if you are not able to make it to an appointment, that goes over much much better than just not showing up. I understand that this is a busy time, and the weather can cause delays, but at least call someone.

*Also check out another customer’s situation and complaint with the BBB, we wish we had* My mother and I thought the way Mr. Jerry presented himself as being in the business a long time and being a Christian man that he was good for his word and his business would do a professional job on her sidewalk. That was very wrong. There are flaws all over the sidewalk and mulch imbedded in it. My mom contacted Mr. Jerry and he sent a worker who said he didn’t want to be working (a Saturday) he did minimal work, and the flaws and mulch were still there plain as day, so were things they said they would clean up after, like concrete splatter all over the front steps and all over the windows and screens. My mom called again and they came back out.. somewhat cleaned up the steps and windows, but admitted that more work needed to be done to repair the sidewalk than just the brick stone they were buffing it with. Mr. Jerry said they had another job to do and promised he’d be back to get the sidewalk right. That wasn’t true. My mom has called him and left messages, but no return contact has been made and it’s been well over a month. My mother is an elderly woman this has been something she shouldn’t have to go through. Mr. Jerry was paid well and got his money upfront, but didn’t provide a quality job as he assured he would.

Had a neighbor refer me to Jerry's for a new double driveway and patio capping. They were very responsive and provided the absolute best estimate for the job. Very professional group of men that come in and do the work and when finished, their cleanup is exceptional. Other than some weather delays there is nothing I can complain about. While working in my driveway, another neighbor contracted with Jerry to do some work in their property. They are completely satisfied with their project and also found them considerably less expensive than other estimates!

The company had good customer service and provided a quality service in a timely fashion. Best priced concrete and will complete within 1-2 weeks of quote.
