Very disappointed with Jasie's employees today. While I do understand that the store just closed at 6pm. I may have left my wallet in the store because I just made a purchase before the store closed. As I out my car there was 3 employee standing at the register. As I go to the door, you can visibly see them duck behind the shelf. As I knocked on the door. They continued to ignore and never came to the door. They proceed to try and hide themselves by crawling on the floor and running to the back. Then the turn the lights off. And never returned to the door.
For Jasie's employees to see me and not come to the door was pretty disgusting. I wasn't there to pick up anything. I was there to find my important belongings.
Representative even when the business is closed.

Staff was much friendlier when I came in a couple days ago and were very helpful. I see the improvement. Thank you!

When I first came in, no one was friendly. No smiles, no welcome, no how can I help you. Part of that may have been me in hurry mode.The second time I came in, it was better and a young lady was asking if I needed any help. It could be brighter in there. They were better the 2nd time and they have a great selection of t-shirt blanks. I think they have to warm up to people a bit more, maybe hire people that don't act like they are working at the DMV.? I will still come here because I like the selection of shirts and, maybe if I smile more, I will get more smiles.

I just want to say I went here to get transfers and then pressed on a shirt because they said they press so I bought shirts for them to be pressed on and show up because I get a phone call that my prints are ready. There is no T-shirts that are pressed And my say something totally different than what I wanted and then what the paper said so unhappy in the people that work there are so unprofessional and I will not be returning here.

love love, Jasie Blanks. I have had Siser's Vinyl but like Jasie Vinyl so much better, and the fact that I can buy a sheet especially if I may never need a special color or design or if I just want to try that style. The best part is although I sell a lot of my crafts, sometimes I just want 1 to try before buying bulk, every time I come in there is something new for me to sublimate lol. I have a great experience from assistance with which Vinyl, how to use, if they have more stock, I even wanted a pillow they had on display and the employee unstuffed and sold it to me. (doubting hobby lobby would even do), My Hubby (of color) has picked up a item or two for me and has also had a great experience. Are they a bit pricier maybe. Not a chain store. So I prefer giving local stores my money.

I’ve been shopping here for 5+ years since their location near Gillis or and I will say from experience and observation the new ladies don’t seem as though they like assisting of color and they definitely do no not hire them to work in their establishment, unfortunately however this is the closest and largest craft store in my area although they’re customer service is quite unwelcoming and has certainly went down over the years

If I could give anything less than a star I would. I wanted pictures printed to put on tumblers for my daughter’s birthday party as favors and they told me the size they were going to do and when I t would be ready. After I left I realized they hadn’t asked for the image, didn’t have my phone number or even what to put on the cup I had to call them back. When I picked up my “custom order” the picture was extremely pixelated, the workers went back to the “custom department” 4 times just to tell me just because the image looks clear on my phone and in their computer doesn’t mean it will print out that way which made no sense to me. They were not trying to come up with a solution until I called the next day and requested my money back. Now they want to say oh it’s the size when I specifically asked them was in the paper or the size and they said no. Now they don’t want to give me my money back and said they were trying to come up with a solution all of a sudden that I want my money back. I’ve already been to another print shop that printed me the same size photo and it was very clear. If you all go here don’t pay until you see your order that’s probably why they request money first because they don’t care if your order comes out right. However you should check out Williams Vinyl and Printing on Bragg blvd, very nice and shows you the work before you purchase like a real business should?.Since I can’t reply you guys see how unprofessional they are with their response ? just like their business unprofessional. If I could put the picture of my daughter up I would. Picture was very clear, as a matter a fact that’s exactly why they said the picture had high resolution so they didn’t know why it came out like that. They’re just mad because they got a bad review just like their business (bad). They said just because the picture is clear in my phone and on their screen does not mean it would come out clear and if that was the case you’d think they would send an email to me of exactly how the print would look, however they didn’t. They never mentioned not once when I sent the image that it was a bad image and would be pixelated or blurry. All lies, if they don’t have the proper equipment, manners, or customer service like other print shops to do a good job then maybe they need to find another profession now turn that into a unicorn.

I went to open interviews and waited too long for them to call me..Afterwhile I knew something wad wrong after the few times I kept calling back wasted my time going to the open interviews for them to tell me they moved on with someone else ? why do jobs do that????I'm just saying is it because I wasn't Caucasian seems like that's all they want .

Love buying my things from here but the staff has gone down tremendously.half of the staff don't know anything about the things that they sell so they can't help you when you have a question. You have to pretty much go for yourself in there. You might catch someone who knows what they are doing. Even if you do they act like answering your questions are a bother to them.
