Jacobs Tile and Carpet Services are an absolute crew of professionals. We had bad wood flooring, cracking marble tiles and basically a mess. They came in, removed all the bad wooden flooring to include the huge marble inlayed tile section. The marble was so bad they had to cut out a 4'x8' piece of floor and lay new just to start running the Bruce 3/4" pre-finished hardwoods, 14 boxes! They really respected the house and property, were extremely courteous and stayed on the job until finished. It's a great family business, they work so well together. Hire with confidence, our 2nd time getting them in to do hard wood floors.

What an absolutely satisfied customer we've become! We had serious marble tiled floor damage, some water damage etc. to our hardwood floors. They came in and fixed everything, what a job pulling up old flooring and preparing a stable surface. 14 boxes of Bruce 3/4" hardwoods laid, so respectful and professional. They were on site every day until complete and cleaned up eack day before leaving. This is a trusted family business by any statement, hire with confidence.

I cannot say enough good things about Jacob's tile and carpet services.
My extended family have used them on at least 3 hardwood floor repair, replace, or refinish jobs.
The quality of work is amazing. Add in the consideration of cost:benefit and the customer will come out on top every time.
Anthony and the rest of the crew work their magic IF you can get an appointment with them. They can potentially be booked out weeks/months depending on the season and what's going on locally, but that is a testament of the quality of work they provide!
Be prepared to wait up to a few weeks for them to come out to even take a look and give you an estimate on your job, but trust me when I say the wait is worthwhile!
If we ever move back to Fayettenam and need flooring work, Jacobs will be the only one I call.

It took us long three months of waiting for repair and refinishing of our old hardwood floor, but it definitely worth it. First of all, they put a lot of effort and time to get the floor ready for painting. Second, they pick up the right color which matches with our vanities in the bathrooms, and last but not least, for seven days they never missed a single day of work. The result overcomes all our expectations, because our old floor looks modern, slick and expensive. Thank you, guys, and good luck with your business.

I have done business with Jacobs Tile and Carpet on several projects over the years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the Jacob's family. It's a family owned and ran company who pride themselves on being down to earth and good honest people.
One of the things I appreciate is that Anthony (the owner) will walk you through picking out the right flooring material and then on installation day Anthony, Kenneth (his brother), and Bradley (his son) are the ones installing the materials. With so many other companies using guys they really don't know to handle their installations, you can have peace of mind with who is in your home when doing business with the Jacob's family.
As for their workmanship, the Jacob's family has always been known for being the best in the area when it comes to hardwood sanding and refinishing and to many Kenneth Jacobs is the best tile man around. Kenneth not only has the years of experience, but he also holds certifications in the field. That means a lot especially when it comes to tile and the challenges that come with trying to find a good tile man. I've seen a lot of Kenneth's work and he has done some of the most beautiful custom showers and modern tile work you'll ever see.
Bottom line, I would encourage anyone to use Jacob's for their flooring and tile needs to make sure their investment is handled right.

Have used them for years especially on hardwood flooring and they are simply the best. As a general contractor dependable vendors are hard to find but Anthony and his team are always on point.

Went there before Matthew came was told it would be about three weeks before they could come out and do measurements and everything. Went back two weeks ago was told with the storm and everything they're behind will call still have not received a call. Mind you went there before Oct. 8th when storm came today is Dec.12th. I would've thought you take care if the customers who came to you before storm. Will not contact them anymore. Could've called and told us something.
