Came here a few days ago and bought a pair of carhartt jeans and was greeted by a very polite lady at the register who guided me through the whole process, 10/10 would come again.

Megan was awesome! I came in for my first cowboy hat and she spent over an hour with me. I ended up buying 2 Stetsons and I love them. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. I would give here 100 stars!

I was-across the Street at CrossCreek Subaru Dealer/Repair Shop (which I love). And I happened to see theJack’s Boots & Apparel store. So I investigated the store and love what I found.As soon as I walked in, I was really impressed with the appearance of the Merchandise, Cleanliness of the Store and the kindness and and helpfulness of the employees.The merchandise/product: 2 Drake Shirts, 1 Brown genuine leather belt and silver Belt Buckle are excellent quality merchandise. I love the products sold at this store. And I will definitely come back and purchase more items from this store. It’s been a while since I wore a Cowboy Hat, Shirt, jeans, Belt & Buckle and boots. I have none of these items anymore and I decided I missed wearing them. And I was happy and excited for what I found. And I’m happy and excited what I found and wearing these items again.I strongly suggest anyone who loves cowboy clothes being a cowboy go and check this store at. It’s a treasure and blessing. And I love supporting local businesses like Jack’s Boots and Apparel.

Recently I personally Spoke to the owner of this establishment and was met with much resistance and hostility. This individual presented themselves as being very short-tempered and became easily frustrated when presented with challenging questions and this individual failed to represent themselvesprofessionally in a cordial respectfull manner. Customer service was poor at best and I would not recommend doing business future.

We have two stores that primarily sell Western wear & boots here in Fayetteville and that's Jack's Boots & the Boot Barn. I've been to both and the customer service was very friendly and helpful. If I had to pick one over the other it would be Jacks Boots & Apparel. Reason? Their staff is more knowledgeable about the boots & fit and they definitely have more of a selection. It's funny because I've heard bad reviews about them both and I was treated really nice by both stores. (People say both stores race profile but I'm Black & got much love from both stores? I guess if you look for hate long enough, you'll find it even when it's not present because of your mindset). Boot Barn has a lot of boots but some of them are worn down from people trying them on. Pretty much what you see is what you get. There are no "new" boots in the back because they have no storage. Jack's Boots has a large selection as well. They have display boots and NEW boots in the box. I don't know about you, but if I'm going to drop $200-$500 on a pair of boots, I want them fresh out the box and still brand new. Jack's Boots also has more of a selection of exotic boots for women. Only problem is, Jack's website needs to be updated because it doesn't show half the boots they have in stock. In price comparison to a few western sites online, Jack's Boots saved me $80 on my exotics. My only knock against Jack's boots is their small military discount which is 5%. I mean, c'mon guys, you're in a military town that gives you 90% of your business, another 5% will not hurt you and the troops would sure appreciate it. I'll be back to purchase at Jack's just for the customer service alone.

Bought a pair of boots on a Saturday, wore them the next day and part of the outer sole started to fall apart. Called the store on the following Monday and the lady I spoke to on the telephone told me to bring them back in and I could Exchange them or get a refund. I drove 40min out of the way to do the exchange or refund. She looked at them and then proceeded to tell me that it was not considered a defect because I probably snagged it on a rock. I told her that I only wore them once and I haven’t used them for work or anything like that. She said it didn’t matter because I probably snagged it on something when I was walking across the parking lot. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a work boot, and I would know if I snagged it on something that would damage the sole, and I can assure you I did not! She had a bad attitude right from the start. I could tell she was predetermined to not do the exchange or a refund regardless! I have spent a lot of money in this store in the past, and my kids had some boots picked out for Christmas in this store. I will not be back! and she made it very obvious she couldn’t care less! Don’t spend your money here! If something isn’t right, or you’re boots start to fall apart the day after your purchase. Your just stuck with it! I’m out 170.00 by shopping here. The Bottom line is you will not be successful at getting an exchange or refund here, and if you read some of the other bad reviews, you will see I’m not alone!

I’m a Texas girl and THIS is the place! First, they saw us in the parking lot and opened the doors early. Rare customer service in todays world. The staff is so kind, knowledgeable and the selection is the best I’ve seen in the area. Not only did I get one pair of boots I got TWO! Jason Aldean here we come! Thanks for going above and beyond!

She is very nice and her customer service is EXCELLENT!! I can call the store and she knows my voice and is ready to assist me!
