Went looking for an inexpensive but nice dresser and nightstand for my daughter’s 1st apartment and was pleasantly surprised at the selection JR Furniture had. I am a local business and like shopping locally. JR Furniture is locally owned and gives great customer service. Fair prices, quality and great customer service all in one place! I’m glad I stopped in!

I had by far the nicest experience with J.R. Furniture. Jack did an outstanding job of exhibiting excellent customer service, and I ended up leaving with wonderful pieces at a great price. I highly encourage that you check them out; you will not be disappointed!

Recently moved back to the Fayetteville area and the sectional I had wasn’t going to fit in my new place so I needed a new couch and a dining table set. Jack was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I went on a Saturday and even though they closed at 5 he stayed until 6 and took his time and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. You guys check them out and the pricing is affordable!

I had a really good experience here. Place was super friendly and not super pushy. Jack came up to me and helped me immediately with what I was looking for. Also, was really patient with my son who was chiming in every second on the conversation lol.Great prices, same tables as other place I went too but way cheaper with their ongoing sales.

Ordered my couch and paid for it cash. Was told that it would take 3 weeks which I was fine with. The problem was the delivery. I was told that it would be here between 10:30-2 so my husband took off of work. Called and they told us we weren’t set up for delivery. Called back and spoke with Jack who sold us the couch and he told us we would have it on the 11th and we were scheduled for delivery. We accepted the fact that it would be later in the day. Now it is 10:01 pm and I have not received a call or anything about the delivery of my couch. We planned on furnishing our whole house and returning to get a bed frame and mattress/box spring but after this experience I will not be returning. We previously purchased my daughter’s mattress with no issue but for some reason this experience was horrible. I will take my business for the rest of my home furnishings somewhere else.Update: its is now 10:27 and we just received a call that our furniture is scheduled for delivery. Never again. The delivery drivers were very professional and nice. I appreciate them coming so late and still having a positive attitude.
