I do NOT recommend I wasted $86 on my dress alterations for my best friend wedding they hemmed my dress so short in the back it’s unwearable they did the complete opposite of everything I asked the top was way too tight they made the front the length I needed but the back was super short you could see my butt I’ll NEVER go here againService: Alterations

Let me tell you!! If I could rate this cleaners 0 stars I would! I took my Ugg comforter into them to get it dry cleaned because it has fur on one side of it so it can’t be normally cleaned in a washing machine and dryer! It took almost 2 weeks to get back and I ended up having to call to see where they were with it, well turns out it had been done and they “forgot” to call me. So I show up to pick it up and THANK GOD I checked the blanket before leaving because ALLLLL of the fur on the blanket was completely fried and was falling off like they had burned it with a lighter! Then the employee said the owner would be in later that day so I waited 30 minutes came back and after she had even spoken to the manager AND the owner the owner had then replied back saying she could only refund me my money that I had paid to get it cleaned, that the fur being ruined was not his fault and left before I could get there to speak to him knowing I would be back at 430! What kind of owner is that?! So then I have this poor sweet employee call her owner back to the store and he argued with me for over an hour saying it was not his responsibility and that he would only refund me what I paid for the cleaning. After arguing for over an hour I finally told him he would be hearing from my lawyers, only then did he decide that he would “pay me half what the blanket was worth” because it was “used”! The blanket is not even a year old! He offered me 40$ at first for AN UGG COMFORTER!! I was fed up at this point and went to grab my comforter and leave and contact my lawyer and he stopped me and agreed to pay me $250 which is still only HALF of what the blanket was worth! Needless to say this owner and business is complete trash and I will make sure everyone I know will not continue to use them!

This word they say, "Ideal," I don't think it means what they think it means!
Had a stain on a shirt so my wife dropped it off at "Ideal" Cleaners. When I went to pick it up I noticed they had a "$10 Minimum on Credit Card Purchases" sign by the register. I explained to the owner that I didn't have any cash and I almost never carry cash. His unbelievable answer was that he would charge me $10 for a $2.66 service.
So they've lost my business forever just to avoid 30 cents in transaction fees.
I understand that businesses get charged fees for customer credit card purchases but that should already be reflected in the price of the service. And there are other credit card payment options than refusing a customer a sale or requiring them to pay 4 times more than the actual cost.
AVOID THE HASSLE of "Ideal" Cleaners. It doesn't mean what you think it means.

On more than one occassion, I have needed a rush for name/us army tapes as well as rush sewing jobs and ever time Ideal cleaners has delivered. The Korean couple that runs the place are great! I realize that in a town of service members, it is hard to meet the demands of everyone but Ideal Cleaners seems to keep pace. Thank you Ideal Cleaners, thank you.
