I've come here a few times now looking for a pretty mainstream smok coil and they don't understand TFV18 is a size like TFV16 and pulled out two random coils with no TFV written on it. Kinda want experienced people working behind that counter.

Do they really open at 8:00 ? I've been waiting for 15 minutes, and there isn't an employee here. ?They need someone more reliable to open the store in time SMHUpdate : The owner reached out to me to rectify what was a mistake from Google. He did reach out to me soon. I just didn't have the time to post until now. He even gave me a nice discount ! Thank you again for taking my review seriously.

I looked up this store and saw that they opened at 8am. I got to the store right at 8am but the lights weren't on yet so I figured I'd wait a little in the parking lot until they open. It's currently 8:30am and it is still not open. I've been here before and they do have a good selection of products but waiting 30 mins and still having to drive off with nothing is just ridiculous. I just want to buy a freaking vape!

Horrible experience when we walked in there was a line, we stood at the counter for twenty minutes and we were not spoken to or even looked at. when it should have been our turn, others that came in after us was getting service, the lady that was there started breaking down the register for her shift, and a guy came in to take her place, he had a very bad attitude with other customers. We still did not get any service or even acknowledged and left. We will NEVER return.

I come here alot ,I bought vape on sale didn't work, I sat in the car and tried it thats when I realized it,,walk back in to let her know,nothing she came do about it,,,so I wasted money on this,,,never left parking lotManager took care of my situation major respect

Do not buy vapes from here. Had bought a VOOPOO VFL from this location. Cost $54.80, I get the device bring it home set it up get it going and the device is just spitting juice at me. On top of the juice the vape tastes like burnt plastic. I brought the device back to the location to try and see what they can do for me. Dude with curly hair tells me there’s nothing they can do even with a receipt because of this index card that’s taped to the register saying “no refunds or exchanges” that I missed on the first go around. Tells me to get ahold of a guy named Montana but gives me no number or email. Just tells me to come in 8pm-11pm any day to try to catch said person. Even though I brought the device from this location I’d have to go through the actual VOOPOO company for a warranty claim. They care more about you being 21+ and getting your money instead of customer satisfaction.
