My sister had a storage unit at this place and she passed away. So I paid it so I can get my nieces toys and furniture out. I asked them to take my CC off file the past 2 months . They have not. I’m not responsible for anyones unit. They refuse to credit me back and refuse to call me. 3 attempts. This is most inconsiderate, highly unprofessional and fraudulent at this point.

Very unimpressed. They’ve increased my rent 120% in the last 18 months.They also somehow miraculously changed my billing account info, and somehow my bank account number was missing my number. The staff insisted “i MUST have called for them to do that. There’s no way we would change that”After sitting there for 45 minutes while i asked for them to prove to me i called to change my account, they then began to tell me that If i don’t pay my account in full, they would auction my stuff.Well i have every intention on paying my account in full, but i refuse to pay your $300 in bank decline fees because some fat finger was fiddling around in my account informationNeedless to say, they are a trash storage unit and absolutely not worth the hassle. I will not rent from them again

The most unprofessional place you can do business with. They prorate you in which is awesome but that means that they should be able to prorate you out I told them and was even okay paying the 30 days after even though the unit was 100% clean and cleared out so they should have just billed me for the rest of the month instead they billed me for 2 months because the 30 days landed three days into the next month. When I told them to do a stop payment and they said yes they would of course today I wake up and they charged me I'm going to get with other reviewers and see if we can take legal action do not let these people scam you.

Rude employees. I called to ask if there was a storage auction coming up, the first time I was told June 8th but they were unsure of the time. I had to call about 10 times on multiple days after that to ever get an answer again and even left a voicemail and my call was not returned. I called June 7th at 5:45pm and was told yes it would be at 1:00pm on June 8th. No mention of it being online or ENDING at 1:00pm. When I walked in the employees were rude and acted like I should have known that but I was told by the same guy that was sitting there last night that it was in person today! I would not do business with these people, even if you wanted to do a storage auction online their pictures are blurry and not good enough to tell what your buying and customer service leaves everything to be desired! There are plenty of other storage facilities in the area and I wouldn't give these people 1 penny if I was you..Also they are selling storage units under one name, listed on Google under a different name and the building says a 3rd name, shady enough for you?

Me and my fiance had a unit here and this place went above and beyond lack of communication and customer service and practically took our money stay away from this location use any other.

Not a great storage place, door was broken the whole time I rented the unit, never fixed. Charged me for an extra month and consistently charged me for insurance I did not request. There are plenty of storage units in the area. Choose this place last.
