We stayed here on our way back from Jacksonville, FL. Like many of the places to stay, it was quite some distance from the highway, and took us some time to get there once we left the interstate. Once we got there, though, it was great. The rooms were clean, and the staff at breakfast was super friendly. We enjoyed interacting with them. Despite the long drive to get there and then back from the road, we would return if it works out for a future trip.

This hotels was great. I did not like how they closed breakfast 45 mins early due to No staff.

Great Service and Great Location.The rooms are comfortable and include a 2-burner stove, a large refrigerator, plus plates and silverware.The breakfasts are hot and yummy and include waffle maker. Also coffee, tea, and water are available all day.Oh, if you’re in the mood for it, there’s a basketball hoop outside and nice outdoor seating.

We loved our stay here on my trip to Fort Liberty for an interview. Clean and VERY spacious rooms with kitchenette and even pots and pans! Wow! Homewood Suites and their staff were fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Shower was great and clean too. Business desk for work was a bonus! The breakfast was delicious and my husband appreciated the all-day coffee. Thank you - we will stay again!Rooms: SpaciousSafety: Felt very safe!Food & drinks: Great breakfast

Customer service was not existent. Very rude with attitude. Looks like somebody doesn't like their job and should find another one with lower expectations of how to treat a paying customer. Last time I will stay at a Homewood Dumpster fire.

Great staff, very friendly and easy check in. It's best to become a free Hilton rewards member for a faster check in. I love that I can use my phone to access the room.Rooms: Great view and clean. No complaintsNearby activities: Basketball court and fitness centerWalkability: Close walk to Sonic and Walmart is a block away. Police Department is in walking distance.Food & drinks: Great refreshments and a great breakfast optionsNoteworthy details: I love that you can check in with the phone however you are still given an option to receive a key card. They allowed me to choose my own room and the amenities were amazing. Customers are subjected to a $50.00 holds which is present to cover the room insurance or room service.

the hotel..the employees were all so wonderful..friendly..very family feel there. Cleanest estabLovedlishment IVE EVER STAYED IN...WE were treated so wonderful. I HAVE SUCH HIGH PRAISE FOR THIS HOTEL. THE HOUSEKEEPERS WERE AMAZING..WARM...HELPFUL.THE BREAKFAST CREW WERE QUICK TO LEARN MY CHILDRENS NAMES AND MADE THEM SPECIAL BREAKFAST ITEMS. FRONT DESK JUST AMAZING...PRISCILLA WAS SO SPECTACULAR...always checking on us..All staff were attentive to us and always made us feel welcome.. please know what a great place this is..because of the quality employees you have..they are just special people...give them all raises...they keep all of us spreading the word about Homewood and be assured..we will be back!!!Thank you all so very much for making my family's extended stay so wonderful!!Debra Hollenbeck ? ?Rooms: Spacious..clean..wonderful..pets allowed...Food & drinks: They have a 24 hour snack station..beer wine..ice cream..you name it its there right in the lobby...Excellent!!!

The only issue I had was the ceiling leaking in the pool area. The breakfast and casual time was pleasant ?. The room was clean and fine to relax in. The workers was pleasant and friendly.

You should stay here ONlY if you have animals. Anyone with allergies beware! The room smelled like animal urine and living room furniture was chewed.This hotel overbooked for the night and the front desk staff was very rude about giving us the room we paid for!

Omg don’t walk but runnnnnnnn! They have the worst attitudes ever the carpet is dirty and nasty and the towels and linens were already used and reeked of dog hair and urine ! My kid had bed bugs sores and all! Worsttt stay ever we checked out and went to candlewoods across the street and it was amazing !

Just okay. I wouldn't recommend. The service & amenities were sub par. We never received enough towels & breakfast was not sufficient for nojln meat eaters. Not even basic scrambled eggs.Rooms: Each room has a decent kitchenette.Food & drinks: No bar.

First room had bedbugs. Second room was cleaned by making the bed and taking out the trash without wiping down any surfaces or vacuuming.On the plus side, super friendly staff and night time security, great gym. Very convenient to Fort Bragg.

We used the Homewood Suites for our hotel block for our wedding weekend. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to the kitchen staff and housekeepers everyone was warm and inviting. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly recommend!Rooms: very clean and well kept

Overall, this Homewood Suites is very nice. We came into town to visit family and stayed for one night. The front desk attendant was nice. The breakfast staff was amazing. The accommodations are great. Rooms are spacious. Full kitchen, etc.Our room was dirty. It was as if it wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. I understand that pets are allowed here, but seeing as how these rooms are cleaned or should be cleaned daily, I shouldn't see dog hair, especially when I don't have a dog with me, everywhere in my room. Our pillowcases and bed sheets had dog hair all over them. It seemed like the bed wasn't changed prior to us coming. There was dog hair all over the shower. The bathroom sink had dog hair all over it. The floors had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. There was dog hair on the headboard. The toilet seat had not been cleaned. There were "remnants" of previous use. I always travel with cleaning supplies and this stay was a perfect example of why. I did a better cleaning job than the housekeeping team there. Whether it was an oversight or just improper BASIC cleaning techniques, this stay will definitely affect my hotel choice the next time I visit Fayetteville.
