Bad experience we traveled from texas and made reservation when we get there a African American lady attended us but she was so rude she didn't help and on top off that she was acting racist she was insisting about driver license we show her an ID because my daughter doesn't have license i show my driver license and i want tobpay with my card she refused to take the payment from my card

I booked a double queen room through a third party company and when we arrived at the hotel, there were no double rooms available. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The hotel was clan and had everything we needed, but the most exceptional thing about the stay was definitely the excellent customer service. April and the rest of the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was fantastic, including great tips on things to do while we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband has severe pet allergies we were told the top floor had no pets and he would be find when we made our reservation we called back they assured us we would be on the top floor. When we checked in around five she knew nothing of the conversation we had with the gentleman who promised this. She then hand us a letter that says there is a planned water turn off between 12-5 am this night. We should have told this prior the letter was dated Sept 26 2023. We asked to speak to the manager and she was in a meeting the front desk girl said. I checked back still at a meeting. This girl needs some hospitality training. She was not aware what to say to us all she had to do was email the manager to get in touch with us before we left. Never heard or spoke to the manger. Even tough I told her twice.

First, big "shout out" to Tyrone for Sunday morning coffee!!! Got us started for our long road trip. Very nice hotel conveniently located to restaurants on Ramsey St. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They made you feel at home! Roma are clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast! Highly recommend and we will return.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't asked for anything better. From the staff at check-in to the cleaning staff they were very courteous. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had quite a few options for a quick to go Breakfast. The hotel is close to many eateries, you can even walk to a few of them. Would definitely stay again when in Fayetteville.

This rating is based on location on Ramsey. Customer Service is great. I was little hesitant my first night due to there being security guard, but after speaking w staff and seeing how welcoming they were it made my stay even better. Negatives about this location would definitely be : water pressure when showering and complimentary breakfast. I must say their inspired table staff from Sunday 13 Aug 2023, May need to go back to training. If breakfast is from 7am till 1000am, there should be enough food to cover guest. When multiple guest are waiting for food and you don't put any out or you put 5 fiesta eggs out, that creates a bad vibe. But too witness your home 2 home employees at 1011am making waffles and eating, but a paying guest can not get breakfast that says a lot about this establishment.

The hotel was a very great stay super close by several places and the Walmart. The staff was very kind and ensure the breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. The only draw back to this stay was that we had no access to the pool which was a bummer. But overall I would defiantly book with them again.Rooms: The shower is everything and the room remains cold.Food & drinks: The breakfast was hot and fresh great coffee.

My family was supposed to stop at this Hilton during a roadtrip. I was advised against traveling by my OB as I am in my third trimester and the risks for complications are increased. I called re: the cancelation policy. I spoke with someone who was not exactly the picture of great customer service. I explained my situation and got push back. I said I would call back in hopes to speak with someone else. I tried to call back that day and again the following morning and got a disconnect ring back. For almost 2 days, I was unable to connect with anyone at the hotel. It was only through Hilton customer service that I was able to be connected to the hotel. For a week straight, I have waited for a call from the charge posting manager. Every time I have called she is either not at work yet or off. No one at this location seems willing to help resolve issues. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I can't say enough about the friendly staff, comfortable lodgings, and cleanliness of the whole property. Our room was great, we wished we could have stayed longer! Breakfast was AMAZING!!

The worst thing I can share: they ran out of coffee for 24-hours. For real. Room was clean. Service was great. Breakfasts varied enough I didn't tire of them after a week. Gym was nice, washer/dryer functional. Parking was always available. Location is close to a ton of food too.Would stay again!

If you’re fond off poor service, and a dated hotel, this is the place for you! I can’t say that everyone was bad but if you’re exhausted from traveling and you’re looking to get checked in quickly, there is a bit of a risk involved! Be sure to bring charger blocks because there’s no usb port in your room. Hotel was clean but in need of renovation. Elevator smelled of urine. Luggage carts are tiny, considering how it’s an extended stay hotel, doesn’t make much sense. Was awakened early the first morning by housekeeper who claimed we were marked for checkout despite having a reservation for two nights! Overall, I wouldn’t stay again! Despite being a diamond member there was no perks or acknowledgment whatsoever.
