This particular man is an asset to the store.Lots of cool stuff for your house here! Some things might surprise you. Didn't get my door, but I got a TV stand at a super reasonable price. Will be coming back again and again.”

“500 stars for Kelly, an associate in the plumbing department! I had a really tricky situation: 30-year old plumbing, a type of pipe that no one has installed in 15+ years, and my plans to install a new bidet (with hot and cold water) and a new sink faucet. I posted, asking for help and advice online, but no one responded. I visited sites and stores, not sure if the part I needed even existed. I thought I would likely never find a solution to my problem. Then I went to Home Depot and was extremely lucky to find Kelly, who looked at the photos I took of the valves under my sink and the adapter I wanted to use and immediately knew which parts I should buy to make it work. He gave me clear instructions with confidence, and right away, I was eager to start my installation project again. Everything went perfectly to plan and was so much easier than I expected. Kelly saved me so much time and money—and my sanity! I really can’t thank him enough. Weeks later, I returned with another plumbing issue—a dripping tub faucet—and he was a tremendous help again. He’s a true expert who goes above and beyond to help customers. Big thanks to Kelly!”
“Most pleasant staff ever seen. I just bought 10 food safe 5 gallons buckets. The employee drilled holes into my bucket free of charge. I never expected this but I did ask if they would do so. I am very happy of the help I recceived and the courtesy of the staff. And the bucket were on sale for $ 4.00 each. 4/14/2024

“Update: I have visited the store multiple times since my encounter. The staff was much nicer and able to communicate.
Obviously they need more help. Seemed like one lady was running the show. Bossing customers around in an odd way. I just needed to know the price of flooring because there was no price. I checked. It was on the tile, the smaller vinyl pieces. But the entire boxes of flooring has no price. I waited there and no one came. I went to the front desk and waited there as well. Not a single person working there was found. I decided to walk out. 2 stars for that and they do have a good selection if the price was on them. Oh well. I’ll go to the one on Raeford from now on. They’re always nice and helpful.”

“The store itself is fine. I can usually find what I'm looking for or given a bit of time I can find an employee. The worst part of my last shopping experience was the lack of cashiers. For those of us who don't like using self checkouts, the options were the 1 person in the garden center, the 1 person at customer services. Or the 1 person at the contractors spot. Of course all 3 had terrific lines. After an almost 20 minute wait in a line, I gave up and went to the Lowes on Skibo. There were plenty of cashiers so, checkout was quick and pleasant”
