I have my tags and receipt and was told I can’t return or exchange. Will be losing my business if I can’t buy and try on once I get home or if I buy more than one item to have multiple options for an outfit.

I would never shop there for these 2 reasons: FIRST, the manager nor owner of store ever addresses the problems in the comments. NOT ONE comment from them. Second, way too many complaints about the behavior of the staff/workers. I will save time and money not going there.

Asked associate if she could take the dress off the mannequin and replace it with the smaller size as I needed the size on the mannequin, she made a big deal about it saying they just put it out today and couldn’t remove it from the mannequin and replace it with the same dress. It’s crazy to me they declined a sale because they didn’t want to redress a mannequin when it’s been done before with NO ISSUE

I shop there today the lady named Grace was rude wouldn’t even give me time to get my daughter email so the points could go her account because I don’t shop there a lot and she do the lady named Grace who was my cashier looked upset and angry from when I walked up to the register I’m sorry H&M need to fix there customer service or they going too loose my business other people business
