I was in an accident . Initially, my vehicle was determined to be repairable by Hendrick. It was later, classified as a total loss. Prior to the total loss classification, I was updated regularly on the process of the repairs. Once it was classified as a total loss, it went downhill from there.
The representatives at Hendrick were trying to get me to sign the release of my vehicle before I accepted the settlement offer from my insurance company.
Once I signed the release it took 12 business days for Hendrick to coordinate with Copart (auction company)to pick up my vehicle. Copart often called, text, and email me informing me that I had not released my vehicle. I spoke to Hendrick by phone and in person on several occasions. I felt like I was getting a run around. I had a three way call with a Hendrick representative, they assured me that it would be handled. One June 28 Janet (from Hendrick) informed me that my vehicle would be picked up on July 1st. My vehicle was finally picked on July 5th. This was after my insurance company escalated my issue and I spoke to the manager. The manager has no explanation why this happened. This has delayed me from receiving my settlement.
If your car is classified as a total loss. Be sure to closely monitor the process. Do not depend on the collision center or body shop.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Got in a car accident in may, they had my car over a month! Supposed to fixed everything but just got my car back just recently and the engine light came on… they trying to blame me about why my engine light coming on.. before I got in my accident nothing was wrong with my car at all ! I had to take my car somewhere else to figure out the problem.. nobody knows the problem and I had to spend more money so they would break down my engine to figure it out to see if the accident caused it or not !! People trying to cover their tail knowing I didn’t have no issues with my car before my accident! They supposed to fix everything that was wrong with my car but they didn’t !!! I went to go trade my car because I wasn’t going to come out my pockets to fix repairs knowing nothing was wrong with my car before i got in my accident!! Mind you they had my car over a month and I’m the blame for my engine light coming on! Never again I’ll come here

Lack of communication, lack of customer service, and disrespectful to customers! So I had a deer hit and drag down the side of my dually and one hit the tailgate after I stopped, maybe same one but there were five in the road. Got estimate done for insurance, which they did wrong, dropped my truck off for the repairs were we noticed the estimate was for a standard truck bed side and not a dually, so it had to be redone submitted to insurance, more waste of time. Also pointed out at estimate and when dropping the truck off the damage on the tailgate and scratches down the driver side of the truck that weren’t on the estimate. I called multiple times to see where the “new” estimate was because my insurance had not received it yet. After being forwarded to Mr Ricky persons voicemail and leaving messages I never not one time got a return call. Worked through that and they called and said my truck was complete and ready for pickup “three weeks later”. I arrived paid my deductible and went out to see if the work was done, in fact, the scratches and tailgate were not repaired at all! A manager was brought out to see what was not completed and I pointed out the damages, where he promptly and snidely said “the insurance will never approve these damages, only the ones from the deer impact”. I told the man not only had that conversation been had with my insurance already, but there is dashcam footage of the incident that had already been submitted in my claim and going to get approved. All while the man is pulling remaining deer hair out of the trim and side steps of my truck. Now we are here another week later and my insurance still has not received an estimate for the repairs they NEVER submitted in the first place! My rental runs out in one week and I’ll have no transportation. These people do not care, are slow, and do not communicate AT ALL!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
UPDATE! Finally got my truck back! After looking over the repairs it looked good. Well on my way home the bed rail cap blew up waving in the wind. They broke the clips on it and tried to glue it down to hide it. Way to go folks! Absolutely never using this place ever again!!!!!

Bought my car there to get fixed for reprogram my keys and fix the lock on my door. It took a month and they still didn’t reprogram my keys. I’ll next let work on any of my vehicles. Terrible service. Don’t recommend sending your car her unless you don’t need it for a month or two. They only get a 1 star cause they repainted my car and they did a good job on it.

The bumper/fender and headlight area turned out great after my fender bender, they work great with progressive insurance only issue i had was it was missing a clip attaching the bumper and fender… fortunately i do autoglass for a living and have clips of my own and was able to make it snug

Run. Go to Caliber Collision if you need work done, do not let the Geico sign fool you. Called me for pick up, I had the vehicle for 6 hours and then a dash light came on and my wipers were leaking from underneath the vehicle. No apology no acknowledgment of the issue just oh we didn’t see it leaking cause the piece is black and the headlight assembly didn’t have a brain so we gotta order a new part now instead of a used one ??? umm what??? did you not test anything or even turn on the headlights or the wipers??Legit brought it in for these two issues.. Now I am waiting for a back order part that could take 6 months before I can run and have the legit dealership fix it instead of them. BEWARE!!!

Had my vehicle for 5 weeks, never once contacted myself(insurance job). Couldn't get ahold of my rep until I went in, was told it would be another week. Got a call later, apparently there was a second person with my name and my car........ and THEIR car wouldn't be ready until next week.
Took the car, went home and replaced all the plastic fasteners they missed, tightened up the door panels they didn't secure properly, and tightened all the fasteners for the splash shield around the rear wheel they left loose.
Better than my previous visit where they had to repaint the car 3 times.
P.s. curious if they always bid low initially on a vehicle that is going to come in at 74% total value as a repair (75% is totalled). 3500>14k is a pretty big mid repair adjustment... might want to retrain your estimate staff.

Work was done alright however it too a month to do what they told us would take about. Customer service was was not good. Service person would not return our phone calls. We will not use them again
