I just had such a great experience buying a used car from Hendrick in Fayetteville! They worked together as a TEAM to get me a great car with great financing at a fair price. Andrew, Allison, Juanita, the gal who answers the main line (sorry didn't get your name), and everyone else, I just want to thank you so much! I've purchased many cars in my life and this purchase by far warrants the time it takes to write this review. And I LOVE my new to me car! If I had something "negative" to say, it would be that the detailing could have been just a little bit more detailed in the nooks and wiping the inside windows. Thanks everyone and I will be telling people about my great experience with you!

I gave the service department two attempts to fix my Gladiator. The first time I was completely ignored - they "inspected" everything and told me it was fine. I brought it back after they called about my survey being so low rated. I was told the second time it was a valve body issue. The jeep progressively got worse as time went on. I got the valve body fixed but none of the issues with the transmission were fixed.
Sales team seems to great though. I will never get a vehicle serviced here again. All the low rated reviews are about their service department. Starting to see a trend....

After a challenging couple days with car issues all I can say is Hendrick showed they have integrity and restored my faith in cars sales. Larry Girdner my sales rep was a trooper. He was patient, thoughtful, and listened to my concerns. I can’t say how grateful I am to the Hendrick team and to Larry. Thank you all. I highly recommend coming to Hendrick and seeing Larry and the team!
