I would like to thank Rita H, and Laura J for the wonderful service I received during my jewelry purchase and repair service request. Rita and Laura were patient and knowledgeable concerning the details of their trade. The sales person(s) took the time to explain the items I purchased in great detail. Rita's and Laura's deportment was exceptional, which in turn made a shopping experience I generally try to avoid, extremely pleasant. I know, we often hear people say that good customer service doesn’t exist anymore. Well, I am here to tell them that great customer service still exists. Furthermore, if quality customer service is the benchmark you set to determine where you shop, then Helzberg Diamonds, located at the Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, NC should be placed high on your list of establishments to shop. Thanks again Rita and Laura, job well done.

Thankful my spouse and I stopped, we’ve been looking for rings for over 7 years and have been to some really rude jewelry stores and this store has phenomenon service, I want to give a big thank you to Mrs Laura Jordan for helping me fine the most beautiful ruby rings and for spending over an hour making sure the ring was perfect for me and my spouse and for taking so much time and patience to make sure our day was amazing

Mrs. Laura Jordan and Mrs. Bridges were amazing and very helpful with picking out the perfect diamond for my mom and my new cross necklace. Both are very professional and captured the true essence of saleswomen. Will definitely be coming back next week to get my mom some more gifts. Would highly recommend coming here and having these two women help you.

Calling all people who are particular like me!! Abby and Paige were so kind, inviting, and thorough. They assisted me with customizing a new wedding ring and made sure I was comfortable with the sizing, features, price range, etc. Had they not been so great, I wouldn’t have added some matching earrings to go with it. ? I really appreciated their communication following my visit as well. Will definitely be a returning customer!!

Only rating a 4 because of one 5 star employee. Otherwise I would’ve given a 1.
Our experience at Helzberg was rocky from the start. From being pushy to not properly explaining things to downright ignoring us. The majority of the associates seemed as if they couldn’t be bothered to help us when it came time to pick up our rings, passing us on to the next person over and over while they all stood in the corner of the counter and gossiped. Only one associate was actually with a customer. The jewelry expert in the cubicle came out and asked us if we’d been helped and we explained how all the other associates told us someone would be with us in a moment and she apologized and proceeded to give us our rings. After that the associate that had been busy with customers cleaned my beautiful emerald ring and explained to me what inclusions were and had the expert come back out to make sure she was explaining it correctly and was correct that my stone had a birthmark. My husband’s ring had to be sent back off for arthritic beads. We returned 2 weeks later to pick his up and were graced to be immediately greeted by the same associate as before. Marshelia, again, went above and beyond with her customer service, offering us the experience we deserved to have. She was on the ball helping us, making sure we were happy, going the extra step in getting us chilled waters and providing the authentication paperwork for our rings. She is a 5 star employee and the only person, apart from the expert, that I would recommend someone to go to for their jewelry. She is kind and courteous and genuinely cares about what her customers think and feel. The majority of the rest of the associates need to be retrained in customer based interactions.

Nina was wonderful. She stayed after and went out of her way to serve me and I appreciate her. I'm very grateful for everything she had done. She has the best customer service skills and she is very outgoing thank you Ms. Nina. It's beautiful!

Don’t believe the hours online. I got there just after “opening” and they were closed for another hour!
Businesses please post the CORRECT opening times for your customers.
Now the service was not great. I kept getting different information than I've received at other (same brand store) stores or online. I would definitely do you own research. I pushed back because I knew what I wanted and was not going to have them pull one over on me and ruin my expensive jewelry. They(Carolyn) said the ring enhancers were suppose to be smaller than your ring, which I cannot find any source to corroborate that, so I went with my original information.
This store DOES NOT do repairs, so don't let the false advertising fool you.
I only have to go to this store because of the warrarenty, otherwise I'd drive to a different location.
EDIT: Abby (store manager) was absolutely the best to work with. She made sure the next time I came in that I was taken care of and my worries were all washed away. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Ordered a engagement ring and wedding band in early may, it got sent back due to quality which is fine but then they send a completely different ring and ask if I'll accept that one. Now it's July and I have no idea when it's gonna get here. I have to keep reaching out to them for updates which it's pointless cause it supposed to have arrived twice now so whatever date they give me probably isn't accurate but atleast they me a $50 gift card for my anniversary dinner.
