This place deserves 6 stars out of 5.Bill and Sherry are wonderful people with lots of patience and they make you feel welcomed. Last year I came to NC with my wife for the first time and they took the time to explain every process ( I'm from the caribbean so lots of processes are new to us) and helped us get our first car here in the states.
Love them and I recommend them a thousand times over to anyone looking for a fair, good and honest deal.
Also they are hilarious.

They are beyond helpful, both husband and wife are wonderful people. They answered all my questions, had the patience to help while I dealt with my insurance company and even called me back the next day to tell me the car I had bought from them can take a different type of gas to save me money on a daily basis. They are the best and I wouldn’t want to buy no where else. I’ve gone to other dealers before and I have never had better service, Haynes Automotive truly cares about their customers. I totally recommend buying from them.

I am from NH and I bought a Kia Borrego from Bill and Sherrie. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Throughout the entire process from start to finish Bill and Sherrie made the remote sale very easy and everything was taken care of quickly. I would definitely look to purchase another car from them when the need arises. I heartily recommend Haynes Automotive to anyone looking for a fairly priced good used car.

5 stars are simply not enough for Bill and Sherrie!! If you're looking for a place to buy a car without any hassle or lies please come HERE!! I was in an extremely desperate situation where my truck had been totaled in an accident and I had to return my rental in less than a week. I had been turned down by two other car lots and was really starting to think that I would just be without a vehicle when I pulled into Haynes Automotive. Bill was UP FRONT AND HONEST from the minute we started talking....Long story short I bought a reliable car that I absolutely LOVE!!!
THANK YOU BILL AND SHERRIE for everything....you have a friend for life and I will never buy a car from anyone but Haynes. You both are truly Blessings!!! ???

We couldn't be happier with Bill and Sherrie, and our experience with buying a car with them. We needed a new family vehicle last minute due to our van having transmission issues that would be too costly to repair, and having two small children. Our bank is in another state and we had some challenges figuring out how to work out the transaction, and Bill and Sherrie worked with us to do whatever we needed to.
