The best service ever. These people go above the call of duty. I just left there and was very surprised how much they helped out a poor guy that was stranded waiting on a part. I had great service too with trusting people. I will be back every time I need auto service. Amy is great!?

They did a great job getting my 2018 ram 1500 back on the road, very in depth and informative diag, they went to bat for me dealing with the warranty company and proved to them the motor was blown, they assembled the motor provided by the warranty company and did some service work that was almost due while it was with them

I’ve been a loyal customer of Harrell’s Auto Service on Gillespie Street for the past 10 years, bringing in several different vehicles for both repairs and regular maintenance. Car repairs can be unexpected, stressful, and costly, but the team at Harrell’s always does a fantastic job and provides excellent customer service.
Over the years, some of the faces at Harrell’s have changed, but the high level of service has remained consistent. They recently renovated their front desk and customer waiting area. While it’s not fancy, it’s clean and comfortable enough for those times when you need to wait for your vehicle.
The folks at Harrell’s are friendly and dedicated to keeping you on the road. I highly recommend Harrell’s Auto Service for anyone looking for reliable and professional car care.

The splash guard under my car came loose and was scraping the ground. The place I usually take my car to was booked out for a week, so I tried this place since they were close by and had same day appointments available. My appointment was at 11, I left before 12. Everyone was friendly. Thry also did a thorough inspection of my car and sent me a report about potential problems and maintenance that was needed, but they didn’t try and talk me into getting any of it done. I would go back to them, for sure

This was my first experience with Harrell’s Tire & Auto Service , the air conditioning in my car stopped working they fixed the problem and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg, when you are on fixed income honest and fairness means a lot. Thank you Harrell’s Tire & Auto Service.

The lady at the front desk, Amy, was very helpful to fit me in with a flat tire issue. The team got it fixed and I was back to work not long after.
