Mrs Pam. was just the worst! First you rent a U-Haul from her and then 2 to 3 hours later she will call you and tell you that she accidentally unreserved you and that you will have to pay again. I didn’t have the $122 dollars to pay again because the first payment she took was pending. She didn’t care and told me to bring the U-Haul and I have all my stuff on it headed to the drop off destination. So I whipped out my credit card and then was charged again. Mrs. Pam lied to and told me that she would take care of the gas for the inconvenience. Nope! Wake up next day and was fully charged. Gave her a call and she said she would send me a recipe to email. Never got it. I highly recommend not to work Handi House of Fayetteville. There are better U-haul spots out there!

We've ordered 2 sheds with Handi-House, for corporate purposes. We then utilized them again to move the sheds (3 times total) after the original delivery. Every interaction with Pam (in the office) and Greg (driver) have been friendly, professional, and they go above and beyond every time! Greg is a pleasure to work with and very helpful on-site. He's careful with placement and verifies the sheds are exactly where they need to be and level before he leaves. I highly recommend the Handi-House team in Fayetteville for both purchasing and relocating sheds.

Stay away from these losers! Their commitment to their customer is lackluster at best. Truly a shame that they never provided what I ordered and only returned a portion of my down payment. I understand the no refund policy, if I wasn't satisfied with the building or the color was off or whatever, I would've just dealt with it but these folks literally NEVER provided the service and had the nerve to blame it on me not checking on them, who says that?? Don't waste your time with these folks, find yourself a company that stands on customer satisfaction and doesn't look at you as just more dollar signs walking through their door. You've been warned!

The people are very nice the delivery driver was so amazing and so friendly.if your looking for a shed I suggest this is the place to go .

The Handi House service experience was exceptional! I love the professionalism, gate removal and the delivery of my building in a timely fashion. Their Customer Service was family oriented and genuine. I’m sure I will purchase my next building with them.

I came in 5min. before closing as had the best service ever! There was no hassle and I love that they are super supporters of the military! It took us a minute to attach the trailer but she waited patiently which was cool as she needed to take a final photo before she could close. Thanks so much, you were a huge lifesaver!

I called to request services and the lady who answer was very rude! She did not even attempt to hear or understand my questions. My question was if all factors weather permitting and dry ground would they be able to move a shed soon as in what is their schedule and availability. I explained some companies I called were not available for weeks out because they already had appointment list. I tried to explain several times and she just kept saying no and being very vague. I asked if they would come out and make assessment she says no she wanted me to text a picture to another number seemed very impartial and unprofessional. I would not recommend. It’s unfortunate because I have 4 other projects that I could have provided for this company to build a relationship but they seem un motivated.

Reserved my U-Haul here. No issues.Walked in did the paperwork paid and left in the U-Haul. The staff were professionals and had everything in order.
