They always remember my haircut and will both have a wonderful conversation with you, or let you contemplate life quietly. Clean facilities, reasonable prices.
Wish the waits were shorter though, I'd give a 4.5 just for that, if I could.

Highly recommend!!I don’t recall the lady that did my hair, but she was super sweet and did an amazing job! I was in and out of there and had a great haircut! I will be going back for sure!!!

Walked in right when they opened for the day a few weeks back (10am). The woman who greeted me was already upset about something and was very short and rude with me. Clearly did not want to be there and seemed annoyed that I was even there to begin with. Gave me the worst fade I have ever had in my life. Did not fade it at all, hard lines left in the side of my head. She was done in 5 minutes. I asked if she would fade the lines a little better and she said sure and then 2 minutes later she was done. At that point I had already decided I would have to go somewhere else to get the fade she gave me fixed. Went to klean kuts after that and got the BEST fade I have ever had.

My husband went to go get a quick hair cut and he asked for a a medium skin fade and let me just say for a 20 dollar haircut that was horrible you can see the hair line they did not blend it out. To be honest his hair looks unprofessional. the person who did his hair seems like she looked up a YouTube video before she did it.

I'm extremely happy with my haircut. I haven't been able to say that for over a decade. The stylists here really go the extra mile to ensure you are getting the best experience. I would give more stars, but was limited to five.

I am new to NC, so I was looking for a hair salon where I could get my haircut done. I Found Great Clips near my house, so I decided to go. I have a undercut hair style, so I put my hair in a pony tail on top of my hair and she started cutting it, when i got home and took my hair down a chunk of hair fell out and she completely botched my part in the back. If I could, I wouldn't give any stars.

Use the app to save my space for a haircut, arrived at the salon, and was told that my name was not on their computer so therefore I did not enter my name for an appointment. I was very angry, because of the fact I drove all the way from HopeMills to this beauty salon only to be told that I didn’t have an appointment very upset with this establishment.

All around the store they make a big deal about having records of your haircuts. Meaningless, No names tags to protect the guilty, Tried to tell the man cutting my hair what cut I have been getting to no avail. I have been there 5 times to get a haircut, this was the worst.Service: Haircut
