So i missed my 1st drop off because I forgot I had to update my number because I got a new phone and insurance so I've been without my meds for a bit. So I called today to figure out what happened to my 2nd delivery, no call or delivery. Staff explains Whomever said they called me "I didn't answer." So I checked my call logs .. no calls.. I'm on the phone with the employe she informs me sometimes people block their # etc... Im thinking hold up , wait a minute, something ain't right here because I got a new phone so no number should be blocked. So I ask her to call my phone & long behold soon as she called my phone and it was loud and ringing. But since I supposedly didn't answer my phone. I now have to wait another week for meds. The staff is great and always willing to help the best they can. whole situation sitting the wrong way with me though. Because I don't have transportation to pick up my meds

Great staff all around!! Always willing to help with all your needs. Best pharmacy I’ve come by, Plus they will deliver too which is wonderful when you don’t feel good enough to go out. The specialty section helps me get my meds and helps with manufactured coupons, it’s great!! Thank you to all the staff!!

This is my first time using this pharmacy and I must say Michelle the pharmacy manager is a BLESSING! I have been paying $80-$90 every 2 weeks for a freestyle libre. She helped me get the cost down to $0.00. Thankyou from the heart of a person who has issues with pricking!❤️?

I have been using Center Pharmacy for only a few months because I didn't know that they were a part of Cape Fear Valley Pharmacy as well. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I haven't had any problems with any of my medications. And the Pharmacy is very close to where I live and they have great parking.

After leaving this review. They decided to insert themselves into my care by contacting my doctors with lies. They retaliated for a negative review. Then had the audacity to pretend to be concerned for me.Had They actually done their jobs and spoken with me. They would have known about situations involving law enforcement which is why the meds were being filled. However they prefer to try and get back at peopleThis pharmacy accepted my prescription as a transfer. I need medication as a shot or for iv use. This medication helps keep my asthma under control and allows me to keep my chemo pill down without complication. The first day I called they said they needed to verify the script. I informed them why I needed the medication so soon and that I WOULD PAY OUT OF POCKET. They said it was fine. They still tried to run my insurance. They had my script for over 3 weeks and I never got the medication.On the 18th of January, I called to get an update on my script the young lady I spoke with said that they had finally gotten the script verified. Even though my doctor’s office had called several times before to verify. I did not make it a big deal. The young lady said because it was so late in the afternoon they would try to have the mediation for Wednesday but it may have been Thursday. I was fine with that.Thursday comes I call and I am told the medication was never ordered. The lady never uploaded my file to document the script was verified and that they needed to still do that. With the bad weather, they probably would not have my medication for the upcoming week. I asked if they could just call the lady to verify that she had gotten the script verified they said they were not going to inconvenience her on her day off. Though they were being negligent with my life by not providing the medicationWe asked for a manager and were told that they did not have anyone there in a position of authority. They then tried to blame students for the screw-ups of other people. Students should be supervised so even if it were the fault of the student it falls on the other staff.They do not call you. They do not communicate. You have to chase them for your medications.

I have been coming here for two years and have never had an issue. Someone has always answered my phone calls quickly and been helpful. Pick up is always smooth and quick as well.
