“Initial contact was professional as well as helpful, prompt service delivery made on time. During the process spoke about floral arrangement, color, and container it would be presented in. Verified that flowers would not be exact ones in the photo but the arrangement would have a colorful and tropical feel. Verified that the container in the picture would be the one used for arrangement. The flower arrangement was a Beautiful arrangement, but I was disappointed that the container, was different from the one in the photo , the owner explained it was an oversight and found a container to compliment the flower arrangement, he went above and beyond to correct the mistake thank you.”

“Very satisfied with this place! I ordered a last minute same-day delivery and they were excellent at communication. The flowers I ordered ended up not being fully bloomed, which they communicated to me immediately and offered alternatives. I ended up having them freestyle on whatever flowers they had available and the bouquet turned out beautiful!”
