They were on time, efficient, COVID Compliant, and professional. They showed patience even though my family had stuff all over the place. The old furniture was wrapped and carried with care. Nothing was broken. I would highly recommend Antonio!

DO NOT use this company I strongly discourage anyone and everyone for using this company. In my moving experience with the firm, I would employer everyone to look for an alternative company. Several of my personal and expensive possessions went "missing" in the move. While I submitted a claim and followed up at least 10 times, the company has not responded. The quote I was provided was nowhere near what the actual moving costs were. By the time I was advised of the price increase and price add ons is was too late to change company's Mover arrived late and the move did not occur on the dates agreed.

This company is definitely a scam. They destroyed all of my furniture and stole my brand new tv. I submitted a claim almost a year ago today and no one has reached out to provide a status or the return of my stolen items. I am currently looking for a attorney assist me with my claim. I have recently read that I am not the only one that have ripped off regarding the arrival $900.00 upcharge upon pick up. They must be stopped and put of business ASAP!! I used this company 0919. They quoted me $1100 from NYC at Central Florida. When they got to my house the price changed to $2000, for no reason. I listed every stick of furniture I had. When they delivered it to Florida I discovered a broken 50" TV, a huge bedroom mirror, an antique piece of furniture, gashes in my headboard & end table. The "movers" couldn't get the mattress in my bedroom, my 62 yr old husband had to do it. the "movers" told me they are not movers, they were day laborers, driver had found them on Craigslist. I contacted them to file a claim for my broken belongings and they emailed me a form to file a claim. I filed the claim & after 2 months I looked up the business at the address I was given. It was another moving company. The President of that company called me today and told me he has never heard of these people. Furthermore, has been getting dozens of calls like mine. So I am on my way the small claims court.

Worst moving experience ever. You may be able to save money by using these guys, but you will have to be a professional mover as they will trick a novice. When I initially contacted them I advised them I would need a full size moving truck. (moving a 5 BR 3 Bath house and a small 3BR 1 Bath house, into one). They ran some 'calculations' and wrote down 2100+ Cu ft (which is a 20 ft van). Since I don't have sizes memorized I let them get away with it. They show up with a rental vehicle of half the size requested, fill it up, and then are surprised when they need a second one. At that point they triple the price. When I told them leave the rest, they did me a favor and 'only' doubled the price (approx). Since my house was closing the next day, I didn't have much of a choice (they were going to pack me up a day earlier, but couldn't make it because the truck was stuck in the mud... however, they used rental equipment, so they really could have just rented another and kept the appointment and given me an out). So, when they call to deliver my furniture, they call a day before at 1pm, and tell me it's coming. Later at 4:30 pm (after the city offices close), they call me and tell me they can't deliver my stuff because the full size moving van can't go on the road that I live on, so they have to put it in two 20 ft trucks, and charge me $3k (approx) more AGAIN!. After I told them to again keep my stuff, it magically became $1900 more. They would not accept my assertion that 18 wheel vehicles were on my road the day before. Upon delivery, there were so many damaged boxes, broken and missing items (so far I believe I'm up to 19 pages on my claim, and I don't have it finished yet). When I complained to the BBB, the response was, 'put in a claim', not even answering any of my assertions. This 'family owned business' is the worst ever to have dealt with.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They charge extra for EVERYTHING! It doesn't matter what you agreed to on the contract. Don't believe a word that the salesman, customer service or the driver tells you. I had to pay an extra $1,000.00 to get my furniture. And, they only take cash otherwise you have to wait additional time to get your stuff. We were suppose to get same day pick up and delivery. They picked up at 7pm, while in route to my destination (2 hours away), the driver was redirected to another location. I had stay in a hotel. My furniture was delivered 2 days later, at 11:30pm. My neighbors were not happy and I was furious!!! A few items were damaged but I'm not even going to bother trying to get reimbursed. If I had the time I would sue them for the entire cost of the move. Do Not Hire This Company! Unable to give zero stars - had to give them one =(

Do not be mislead by positive reviews on this website. As expressed by another commentator, these do not seem like testimonies from actual customers. A summary of my experience: - I spoke to a salesperson Adam Pope who was initially very friendly and helpful. I have a very small studio apartment and after providing him a comprehensive inventory list he quoted me for 300 sq ft of space and threw in a $400 "manager's discount". After I paid my deposit I was never able to get in touch with him again and his "direct line" went straight to customer service. - Once the movers arrived for the initial pickup, they informed me that my updated charges would be $3500. My initial quote was for $1100 so you can imagine my surprise. I was told that they actually needed 550 sq ft of space on the truck for all my things (my ENTIRE studio apartment is less than 500 sq foot) and they would charge $70 for each extra 250 sq ft of space. And they also said that there was a shuttle fee, despite them bringing the full tractor trailer. I had also gotten a parking permit from the City of Baltimore beforehand allowing a tractor trailer to park in an alley right next to my apartment. I asked the movers to call the manager and politely told her that there was no way I would pay a shuttle fee when NO SHUTTLE WAS USED. She then dropped this charge. I ended up giving my movers $300 in cash to "fit" all my stuff in the original 300 sq ft of space. The point being, that if everything fit after the bribe, it would have fit before the bribe. - I wanted to narrow down a time for the redelivery and called customer support / logistics every other day for 2 weeks for a date. I was told "Wednesday" again and again, even on Monday afternoon. On Monday night, a logistics representative told me that the delivery was actually going to be Tuesday morning and I would be the first delivery of the day. I was 500 miles away from my delivery location and started driving 2 AM Tuesday morning to reach by morning. The movers did not arrive till after 11 PM that night. I had told the movers and customer service well beforehand that I had gotten a parking permit for the tractor trailer and that they should not bring a shuttle. They brought a shuttle anyways and charged me an extra $600. I objected at first and they aggressively threatened to leave my things in an alley. I am a petite female and arguing with large male movers outside after midnight was escalating into a scary situation so I ended up paying the shuttle fee just so I could get my stuff back and be done with it. - The unprofessionalism of customer service (Chelsea) and the logistics manager (Tina I think) was incredible. Raised voices, condescending tones, and I was hung up on a couple of times. I could not have had a more terrible, stressful, and overall awful moving experience. Do not be mislead by the initial quote. This company has no respect for its customers and I urge you to not to give them any of your money.

Ha. Anything but "First Class." DISHONEST & MISLEADING. Do NOT Use. Below, you can read my 'Novel' (According to their Service Manager) of a Complaint. I tried to go through the process of Filing a Claim for this hellish experience, which of course they denied. Their Contract will state they require this 24 - 48 Hour Window for Pick-Up, however, you should NOT believe they will accommodate within that 1st Day. Day of my "supposed" 1st Day Pick-Up: An Hour later than original estimated Time rolled around, and I still had NOT heard a word. I called Customer Service (866) 525-3949 and was connected to Floor Manager, who then let me know their Internal System was NEVER updated by Service Manager to reflect a change. Floor Manager stated that I should still expect Pick-Up that 2nd Day. I was audibly frustrated. They scrambled to find a Driver that Same Day, but I had to call (yet again) for an expected ETA. Floor Manager let me know Driver's Phone was OFF?! It was basically an entire day of waiting around until Driver and Co-Driver FINALLY arrived. Loading* was completed. Co-Driver walked back into my Apartment, put an Additional Contract in front of me, then, insisted I would need to pay an additional 600.00 for their "Shuttle Service**," with an additional 100.00 for a "Long-Haul Carry." I tried REFUSING to sign. Co-Driver THREATENED to NOT leave my Apartment until I signed for that 700.00 Fee within their Additional Contract. In Legal Terminology, this is considered SIGNING A CONTRACT UNDER DURESS. *When I spoke with Floor Manager, they even stated Driver / Co-Driver should have NEVER started loading their Truck WITHOUT my Consent for the Truck Size being made known prior to them arriving. **My former Apt. Complex designated Move-Out Area, did in fact comply with so-called "Shuttle Service" Requirement, where the 53' Tractor-Trailer could fit comfortably. I measured EVERY part of that space with a Tape Measure. Picture / Video Footage was taken from EVERY angle between Move-Out Area - Apt. Complex Entrance. Next Day: I called Service Manager, who suggested I pay that 700.00 in order to have my Order scheduled and released for Delivery. I asked if it was possible to have this process expedited. Service Manager insisted I pay regardless, and said I could still have this Claim filed after-the-fact. Reluctantly, I paid, and of course, Delivery was NOT expedited. Although everything was FINALLY delivered (1 Week and 1 Day later), I still wanted to know about Filing a Claim for being WRONGFULLY OVERCHARGED and for being COERCED to sign. Service Manager said I could contact Anthem Claim Management. Upon doing so, yet another omission was uncovered, as Anthem will only cover Household Good Damage. For a Month now, I have been attempting an escalation in order to be reimbursed that 700.00 Fee. Conveniently enough (For them), I seem to get routed to the same Floor Manager & the same Service Manager. I provided Service Manager with all of the Evidence** listed (Above). Plus, I forwarded Documentation from the Leasing Manager at my former Apt. Complex, stating each Logistical Measurement, as well as a Statement from Leasing Manager confirming NO Resident has EVER experienced an issue with Move-Out Area. Service Manager has continued to claim Driver surveyed the Move-Out Area prior to Pick-Up and claimed Driver felt hesitant, that it was "unsafe" to park, which is why "Shuttle Service" was applicable. Surveying could NOT even have been possible considering how unorganized both Service Manager & Floor Manager were with finding a Driver, as well as how late Driver ended up being. Upon requesting to speak to Service Manager's Supervisor and/or Company Owner, Service Manager was hesitant in connecting me with them, and would NOT provide Documentation proving ANY hesitation was EVER made by the Driver about Parking. Trust me when I say, it is totally worth p
