See you come in and offer no help. Rude and unprofessional staff. While helping me, the fat white female walked away and didn’t return. Stay away. FedEx need to fire half the employees and retrain!

I went in two days in a row seeking assistance with a fax(6/26,6/27). The young man that works there is VERY helpful and professional. The second day I encountered a loud, obnoxious,passive aggressive manager. Her encounter with me was short, brief and dismissive with obviously no care or concern for my situation. It was like an, "Oh well, sucks to be you" type of attitude. As I waited for an extended time, I overheard her talking to the other employees about the customers. She said that the city was ratchet and ghetto and so was the business they had been getting that day. Then an employee came in for her shift, the manager stated ," Hey welcome to "Hood-ex". All the employees laughed and continued on bantering about their lives loudly and saying things customers absolutely don't want to hear. The manager was actually displaying the same behavior that she was boastfully accusing her customers of. I found it quite unprofessional and not a good example for the other employees.

I highly recommend going to this FedEx office location! I called yesterday to inquire about having my poster printed, and the manager answered the phone and answered all of my questions. She had the poster ready this morning at 8 a.m. She was exceptionally nice, and the receptionist this morning was nice as well. Thank you for printing it last minute! When I need another poster printed, I am calling back or coming in to have this location print it. Overall, amazing service!

I had several large Pelican cases to ship out. The staff was really responsive. Especially Shanethia who processed everything super fast and with a smile.

miss Erica was very very polite and she really helped me on why she like it was a real big line and she was able to like to help me help them help her employees. I just like really help me when I was frustrated cause I was about to give up so I couldn’t get my phone to connect to the email, but she definitely took her time out to help me and I just wanna say customer service like that. It’s just out outstanding

Don’t use this FedEx. Very Rude customer service and it appears to be closed for most of the services they should have such as sending packages or faxing.
