Fedex is the absolute worst. Had 4 packages in the past month that unfortunately were sent Fedex. The first 2 they have had for over 2 weeks with delivery date getting pushed out each time. The other 2 packages were 1 shipment, divided due to size. One was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, but the other that was shipped at the same time and scheduled for delivery the same day, has not been delivered.
I've had packages take up to 8 weeks and a couple of calls to BBB to be delivered. If I know company ships Fedex, I try not to buy from them.

Same as previous reviews. Almost $200 order “lost” in the new Amazon warehouse. Every time I would call, “it’s getting picked up today or tomorrow” tomorrow would come, same story. I asked to speak to the manager, they did not want me to speak with them probably because there isn’t one which would explain the effort of their employees. My address is literally on the box….. how has it been delivered to a warehouse? Everyone who picks up the phone has a bit of an attitude. I would hate to work here lol I know they don’t get paid enough to deal with all the phone calls I know they’re getting. Boooooo FEDEX U SUCK I should just go stand outside and throw tomatoes all day long that’s how much yall pissed me off

The driver who delivered to my home is horrible. I have received two shipments in that past few days and he has thrown both onto my porch. One was obviously a printer. I have captured both of these incidents on video, however there seems to be no way to contact a local representative.

Great service, once the agent decided to return to the counter from the back. I suggest they get a bell for customers to ring. By the time she returned it was 4 people waiting including an employee that came in at the same time I did.

Horrible service, I had several packages delivered to the new Amazon building for what reason I don't know because the business address was on all labels. Someone there is just throwing all international ships on the bulk truck to Amazon instead of scanning them. Lazy. Now for a whole week I was told by several managers they would retrieve my packages that they took over there. Finally they said they couldn't find them instead of being honest in the beginning wasting a whole week to just tell me file a claim and my customers are upset with their orders being lose. I'm sure they could careless.

Hey FedEx …. How does a package show as delivered and signed for by someone who’s in another state?? And when I call to report said package was NOT delivered.. I gotta talk to someone half way around the world. Do better.
