Do not take a late night flight into this airport. They will have only one person doing luggage and will take over an hour to get your bags. Absolutely horrible coordinating from the staff and airlines here!

Staff: The staff at the check in counter was helpful. Answered the few questions I had. They also seems efficient and they were very friendly. The lady that helped me had a big smile and was light hearted.Building: building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean. The cleaning staff was visible which is why it’s in the clean state that it is.Security: was easy to get through. No long lines. Body scans and baggage scans were fast.Parking: plenty of parking.Star rating: 5 because of the cleanliness, smiling customer service and the kind people.I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

The airport is a regional one. They have a full staff for TSA in the early mornings. The airport opened early, and I arrived at 430am. There are coffee shops open for small portion breakfast. No traffic, which is always a plus.

Worse experience I have ever had in an airport, if you don’t have enough staff to run the airport shut it down. Missed my flight all because no one was up front with the airlines to check me in I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I arrived early just like your sign says. Then when someone finally came out the back she was extremely rude stated she been at work since 4am and it was well after 6pm at the time. The customer service is horrible and they don’t have enough employees.

Unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience with American Airlines during my recent travel. While waiting in line to check-in for our early flight from Fayetteville, I was with a service member who was belittled. We waited in line for 2 workers to come out and check our bags. The younger lady assisted the first person in the priority line. Then the older lady started assisting people in the main line. The first person in line was a service member in civilian clothes in the main line. The American Airlines representative asked for his orders, despite their system showing that the flight was booked through SATO. Unfortunately we didn't have them. The lady then argued with the service member I was with on the reason why orders were required. Despite pulling up their own policy, which only covers bag weight and how many are allowed well on active duty orders and for personal, the lady still seemed intent on making things difficult for the service member. She even went as far as insisting that his bag was over the 50lb weight limit, when the policy clearly states that active duty is allotted up to 100lbs.It was frustrating to witness this, especially when Delta was checking everybody else in quick and easy. It was obvious that this particular American Airlines worker was making things difficult for no reason. The service member was only trying to check one bag, and the fact that the lady insisted on orders despite the policy's lack of a requirement for it just made everything worse. When it was my turn she didn't ask for orders she just checked the bag in less than 1 minutes. As someone who values our service members and military personnel, I was saddened to see this take place. It's not something I would like to experience again. Our soldiers deserve better treatment than what was displayed.

Daytron was amazing and the only reason we were able to make it to our destination. He went above and beyond and fixed our rental car after we were lied to by enterprise customer support. They told us they had a replacement rental vehicle for us and that they contacted enterprise at the airport, when they did not. Fortunately Daytron was working and he was able to come out to our vehicle and fix the issue, had he not been there we would have had no car, no transportation, and no way out of the airport. 5 stars for Daytron, not for enterprise

The airport is convenient, the layout isn’t difficult to find your way around in, and the entire in/out timeframe is only a few mins, when compared to the giant sized airports that take 1/2 hr to just park and walk in to. Here you park and are in checking in within 10-15 mins! Your in! That’s a lotta ins. You got an “in” with Fayetteville Airport.

A Poor Display of Respect and HospitalityI'm disappointed to report that my recent experience at Fayetteville Regional Airport left much to be desired. Being a military-friendly region, one might expect courteous and respectful service - sadly, that was far from what I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff members were not just unaccommodating but seemingly harboring negative attitudes. Being a member of the armed forces, I found this particularly disconcerting.Their indifference towards military personnel is baffling, given the airport's proximity to one of the country's largest military installations. Despite presenting my military ID, I was met with apathy rather than the appreciation we usually receive for our service. The workers didn’t make any effort to understand or accommodate the unique needs of military personnel. It felt as though we were being treated like an inconvenience, rather than respected service members. The overall atmosphere was also less than welcoming, with employees appearing indifferent and unresponsive to questions or requests. Their demeanor was not representative of the respect and gratitude we typically encounter in other areas of Fayetteville, where the military community is deeply appreciated.Unfortunately, Fayetteville Regional Airport needs a significant revamp in its customer service department, especially when it comes to addressing the needs and respect of military personnel. In its current state, I find it hard to recommend this airport to my fellow service members, or indeed, anyone expecting a courteous and warm reception.

Son went American airline to bush international, they changed their policy about only one parent can go up with an unaccompanied minor. Last year, we both were able to see him off. The airport is nice though the bottom is at least.

This is June 19th and I am a gold medallion, sky priority, sky miles delta member. I came in on flight on the 18th but my bags never made it. I came today to the airport to get my bags and the delta counter attendants have me sitting here for going on three hours and haven't told me or even checked on my bags. After three hours and me raising my voice they told me my bags are not there. Also there was a manager that said he was going to check on it and never showed back up. Very unprofessional.

I have been coming through this airport for the last 20 plus years. It continues to improve with additional shops, restaurants, and airlines. The USO also has new recliner chairs for service members. The airport is very clean.

Worst airport, millions spent on additional gate put they can only handle one plane at a time. Don’t believe me? Try arriving when a plane is parked at the gate. You will wait for over an hour waiting on lazy ground crews, poorly trained desk staff and baggage handlers that talk/look at their phone more than they move luggage. I include American Airlines in the same worst category. Top tip-use RDU

Super great airport with the kindest staff ever, you’ll be through security in 5-10 mins. Only problem is that it takes them over an hour to get checked bags off the plane and onto the baggage pick up belts every. single. time. No other airport I’ve ever been to takes this long to get bags from the plane into the airport. I think it would be an amazing idea for this airport to partner with local artists to get more artwork in it, there’s a lot of great space for creative Fayetteville related art that is currently just blank walls and empty floors

Within the last 2 years they have made some awesome upgrades to the building inside and out. Very clean and bright. Friendly Airport staff.
