Will never leave my animals here again!!! I called and checked on them and all seemed well. When we picked all three up our GS was coughing and has continued coughing throughout the night and today. When I spoke with management and asked why we were not notified about his cough at pick up, they told me that they never noticed it and no notes were made from the employees. She suggested it could be from him pulling on a leash, he does not pull on a leash and I informed her if he is coughing from being on a leash then that is animal abuse because he does not pull and she started back peddling. Both dogs also came home very clingy to each other and crying when separated which is not normal. When asked to speak with the owner I was told they were not able to speak with me due to family emergency but if I take them to the vet if it was due to them they would pay for it. The manager got hostile on the second phone call in which I informed her of being hostile and ended up hanging up because you cannot deal with people like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Will not be boarding here again. Both my puppies came home with kennel cough, one worse than the other. The amount of food I sent was measured perfectly for their full stay (4 days), so they should have had very little to come home with, however they came home with almost a full bag of food which means they were not fed the proper amounts, which we did let the front desk know their feeding schedule and amounts. I paid for nail trim and baths and both were not done, they smelled like they had maybe been wiped down with wipes, or powder put on them but under that smell was the dirty doggy smell. I We came home and had to give them their baths. I hate leaving bad reviews but these are my babies.

The staff is great and they always treat my dog very well! Good communication and excellent prices with the ability to add treats for my pet’s stay. Boarding my doggo for Christmas travels is worth the stress-free vacation. Highly recommend!!

I only delivered a (Walmart) Spark order, never went inside. It was nice and clean outside. Plus I received a nice tip.

Great experience so far every time I've used them. I travel quite a bit. I have a tripod dog so I'm very particular about his care since he's disabled. They love Skip and remember him every time! He's always nice and clean when I get him back and gets plenty of play time with the staff. (he's a very energetic guy). Price is a little high but it's been worth it every time!

Absolutely will not be taking my pet there again, they say the impossible happened, that a dog jumped over 8 feet high barded wire fence, yeah right, under their watch she got out of their compound and then they refuse to take responsibility for the the dog getting lost for 8 days, and while she was out she was shot in her knee which is requiring me to take her to university of Florida for a knee replacement, and instead of paying the medical bills as they promised, they are refusing now to pay anything, where are your morals to do the right thing FPR? wow can’t believe my pet is going through all of this, for sure I will not return to this place

My experience so far has been great! The staff love my baby and even show me pictures of her playing throughout the day. My pup is always happy when I pick her up. Not to mention they have reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

Great staff and affordable prices. Our three dogs always seem very happy when we drop them off and pick them up. Easy to book online, always responsive to questions, and overall a great experience time after time.

Our two dogs were boarded and attended daycare here many times while we lived in Fayetteville. The staff always took great care of both our dogs, and when we picked them up from daycare or boarding they were happy and healthy.

❤️ ? Wonderful experience every time we can not take our baby with us. She loves it too. When we pull up, she gets super excited. Piece of mind knowing she is being taken care of. I recommend them hands down. You will not regret it.

The location was convient and close. The price is a bit higher but it includes the wash. I gave a 3 star because whatever is used to wash him took like three weeks and two washes to come out. He smelled like old people flowery perfume that gave my wife a migraine.
