1 star simply because they have no public restrooms but the employee was using the bathroom and I asked if my 4 year old son could use it and she LOCKED THE DOOR behind her and said they have no public restrooms. I'm so sick of every place not having a public bathroom. I am a woman for one and can't squat in the parking lot. Good gosh people.

Update: I have visited the store multiple times since my encounter. The staff was much nicer and able to communicate.
Obviously they need more help. Seemed like one lady was running the show. Bossing customers around in an odd way. I just needed to know the price of flooring because there was no price. I checked. It was on the tile, the smaller vinyl pieces. But the entire boxes of flooring has no price. I waited there and no one came. I went to the front desk and waited there as well. Not a single person working there was found. I decided to walk out. 2 stars for that and they do have a good selection if the price was on them. Oh well. I’ll go to the one on Raeford from now on. They’re always nice and helpful.

Decent prices on goods in store, but a $137 fee to pick up a donation that will be sold and profited from is patently absurd. Just tell people you can't pick up items anymore.

Not nearly as much variety as the one in Aberdeen. This one is mostly furniture, which is fine if you're looking for it, but for general thrifting there isnt much to browse here. (I did leave with a mug and a Wonderbread sandwich container so that was cool)

I love the store and most of the workers are very friendly but whoever the Spanish girl who work there definitely don’t want to be there and it tells . I walked up and greeted her because she definitely wasn’t going to greet me . She never looked up from a note book to speak just said “hey” I asked my question and she again never looked up ONCE I didn’t even bother to continue because clearly helping a customer wasn’t a priority. I then left and decided to come back after some convincing from my friend because I liked an item . I then went to check out with the same lady I ask do they check for bugs etc she stated in a condescending tone how do you do that ?!? Then she got silent I then said I’m not sure I would think that a furniture store have some type of disinfecting procedure she then said we don’t do anything long plus I held my card then she said well we vacuum them (which was a blunt lie because it was candy wrapper in them ! I’m big on customer service and they definitely need to have her in the back because she lack engagement and customer care I used her in my training class on how not to treat a customer !

Wonderful Store, great quality of merchandise and really good prices. Staff is helpful, and love that everything goes back to the community. They just done some remodeling as well, go back if you haven't been in a while!

In my opinion, most of the furniture is overpriced. But still many great finds there. Not as many building materials as I thought I would find but very good quality for the selection they did have. I look forward to going back for my next home project.

Great place to explore and shop. You never know what you will find. A huge plus is the money you spend there goes right back into the community for an excellent cause.

I stopped by this restore and just wanted to share my pleasant experience. It was ver clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The candle sticks I found were priced fair and the young lady that rung me up was pleasant. I appreciate good service and a friendly environment! I will shop here again and encourage you to shop here too!
