I just spent 20 minutes trying to buy a $200 pair of Redwing boots and not a single person would speak to me they never acknowledged me in the store very rude staff just a terrible experience

I greatly appreciate the Ladies working there. The customer service was awesome got some new insoles for my work shoes that I desperately needed definitely recommend anyone needing work shoes to visit this store.

Customer service is terrible . A young man helped me at first grabbed two shoes then left me . The lady working with him inside tried to help but kept scratching her wig like I was irritating when she works there . Stating loud how the young man has to put up my boxes . The whole vibe was rotten tomatoes

They have a good selection of work shoes and boots. Prices aren't terrible. Some of the employees are disinterested and not at all helpful, but not all of them.

Wife went to buy some shoes for work and an employee hits on her, even after she let’s him know she is married he continues. This is a shoe store not tinder… Control the staff.

Very nice employees and easy to deal with. I wouldn't have ever tried this place if my work didn't provide vouchers to shop here, but they have thoroughly impressed me.

I use to walk right in and grab a pair of boots but now that’s not the case. I went I. December 7th 2021 to purchase a pair of boots. Didn’t have my size so the tool my payment and ordered them. IT IS NOW MAY 12th 2022 AND THEY HAVE NOT COME IN YET? I was told that DUE TO COVID-19…….

I bought a new pair of work boots wolverine and the bottom came off only had them since September , they will not fix them I have had been a frequent customer but not no more customer service is bad.

have been there and customer service is lousy, others have told me this so I thought I would go and see first hand as I needed a good pair of boots and I walked in and walked around looking for boots but never got no help or even a Hello and others have told me of a place in Dunn called Lee's shoes that do vouchers and have been in business many years and the couple that run the place knows shoes and they also know customer service brings you back when you need another pair of work shoes as I witnessed the day I was there, every customer was helped as soon as they walked in till they walked out with the shoes they needed. It might be a little drive to get there but you will like the way your are treated as soon as you walk in the door and Sherry's Bakery 2 doors down is a great place to eat and take some goodies home with you. Lee's Shoes of Dunn, please look them up you will not regret it.
