Rude staff. Excessively long waits even if you have an appointment. The doctors and med staff are great if you can endure everything to get to see them!

The staff is very welcoming/ helpful, with the process of the appointment. All the physician are very thorough. I've been coming to this fast med location for years. They are one of the best.I would highly recommend them.

I have a stabbing ear ache I asked receptionist if I could schedule over the phone cause their site was not working. He in turn said we're busy I suggest you try online after I explained it was not working if this is any example of their team as a whole I'm good.

I would not recommend going here. The provider acted rude, defensive, and irritated when I tried to ask questions about the medications she was prescribing. She threw a lot of medical jargon at me, and while I understand this is routine for her, it is like a foreign language to me. I didn't feel like she was taking me seriously. She acted like she just wanted to rush me out the door. She also prescribed me something that I said didn't help me in the past.

Check-in was fast and easy on their convenient tablet. My employment drug screen was quick and efficient. Results were updated with my employer within 24 hours. The office staff was professional and polite. Highly recommend!

FastMed Urgent Care was such a great experience when I needed them the most to care for my 3 year old twin girls. The staff were friendly from the receptionist, to the nurse Jazmine (who was very patient & playful with my sick, yet rambunctious twins) while collecting vitals, to the very knowledgeable PA Mary Witkowski. My girls conditions improved dramatically the next day after the treatment received. I would highly recommend!

There are signs plastered all over saying “walk ins welcome!” and “no appointment needed”. I stopped by for a sick visit and was told by the young lady at the front desk that there was no provider working today and that they could not see any sick patients. How does an urgent care work with no providers available? How does an urgent care not see sick patients? That’s the primary function of an urgent care. There were two other people sitting in the waiting room. I understand they can probably do physicals or drug screens with no provider, but should there still be a physician or APP on site?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service! The provider I saw didn't even pretend to care. I don't understand why these people have careers in the health care field and don't have compassion. Please find care elsewhere, they don't really care here.

Cheapest price for the nc state school assessment (a totally useless piece of required paper that in no way, shape, or form is an indicator of a child's actual health and care) that we needed to provide for school. Elsewhere charged $50 and up. Quick and was able to get in on a Sunday very quickly.

Everyone was very friendly and they were thorough when treating me.I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, but they ended up having an opening yesterday and put me in that timeslot, which was very much appreciative

We were the first patient at 8am. Everyone treated us well and took all the necessary tests. The P.A. actually called us on Sunday 2 give us the results of a radiologist report because of something that didn't look right n the lungs.

This was our first time at this establishment, and I took my 95-year-old mother for a medication refill. The entire staff was amazing along with our PA. We are very happy to have chosen this clinic for my mom’s appointment.

Made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday, showed up for appointment and they were closer. Received no phone call or and communication and when I called the following day to find out what happened and if I could reschedule the receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

I was very pleased with the service that was provided to my son on our visit. Everyone was very helpful and the staff was excellent. I enjoyed seeing smiling faces when being taken care of.
