Jo H is the best. She really takes care of me from the beginning to the end. Explains everything, listens and is super friendly. Been with her for years. Place is clean and well maintained. No long waiting, always knowledgeable on all the products. Always makes sure you know about all the specials and offers they have.
Requested style: I needed Chi color touch up. Trim.
Hair type: My hair is frizzy, wavy and curly. Starting to thin and graying
Stylist: Jo H is truly a gem. Never received a bad hair cut. Always attentive, always listens. Gives great recommendations. Always patient with my wishes or concerns. Recommended Chi for my allergy issues with hair chemicals. My head no longer burns. She really pays attention to me. She will suggests new things if you are not sure what you are looking for. Is very attentive, especially for the fact that I don’t use a lot of hair products because sometimes the smell bothers me.

Had a cut and color experience with Jo. Easily one of the best times I’ve gone to see her—dyed my hair completely black, including my eyebrows. I went in blonde and came out looking the opposite and beyond satisfied. Hadn’t done black since middle school so it was a pretty big win for me and Jo made sure I enjoyed every single part of the process as well as the outcome. As well as reassuring me that if it didn’t come out how we envisioned it together, she would absolutely do her best to make it better. I will never see another hairstylist unless I have to and have no other choice.

I moved away from the area but I drive 2.5 hrs just to have Chris Lovelace do my hair. She knows exactly what I want and never disappoints. And I’m VERY particular about who cuts my hair. I stay with the same stylist for years, but if they mess up with my hair, I don’t hesitate to go somewhere else. She’s been doing my hair for many years now.
