Family Dollars is always junky with pallets in the aisle boxes in the aisle where you can't move around and all of the stores is the same way junkie you can't even move around

My experience with the staff is they are polite and respectful. The manager, however, was extremely rude and talked to me as if I was a child. I really hope she don't have children!! She said her name was Mary Lockear! Y'all need to hire a new manager for the folks that work here!! Wow!!

The sign says they close at 10pm. It's now 8:48pm and the door is locked with cashier chilling and saying they closed!!! These make your own hours type of employees and stores is beyond ridiculous!!!

They are very rude and disrespectful. The store is dirty and the ilse are always cluttered. I would never go back. There is lots of items all over the place and all on the floors. I dont even know why they have buggys because you can maneuver around the store. You barely can walk in it

Has everything you may need without the extra traffic you may encounter at supercenters. The staff are very customer service oriented.

Family dollar does not close until 9PM but the two ladies working tonight 07/30/21 closed early and would not allow me in to purchase 1 product that would have taken 1 minute to get and 1 minute to checkout, because I knew exactly what I needed. As you can see by the pic it was 8:55pm when I was able to go back and retrieve the phone to show they had closed up early, so obviously I was there prior to the time I snapped a pic of trying to beg them to allow me to get the item I needed and after they kept saying no I went to obtain proof that they were closing early.

Great prices, and good variety of products. A lot of name brand products for lower prices than other stores. Employees are always friendly.
