Horrible cashier !!! Omg I was trying to paid and use my coupons the lady was treated me like I am bother to her for use that. Lady I apologize for don’t be a millionaire like you and have the necessity to use the coupons. Never back to that store is a lot around the area with cashier more emphatic with the situation of costumer.

This place is a disaster. Store is in complete dissaray and so cluttered you can hardly walk down the isles.

The employees all seem to be courtious & helpful, at least the ones I happened to encounter. The store itself is kind of tight & cluttered, not conveniently arranged so that a wheelchair or an electric scooter could get through without some difficulty. But they do have a wide variety of items which include everything from pet, automotive, & arts & crafts supplies, to clothing, food, kitchen & bathroom, as well as school supplies. Not to mention the prices are fair. So in conclusion I highly recommend a visit to Family Dollar to see for yourself.

Worst family dollar in Fayetteville. Whoever is the manager or whoever is in charge of ordering merchandise, does not do a good job at all. In the-1 months I’ve lived in that area, the shelves are ALWAYS empty. There are only use a few things in stock but most of the things are out. Next time I go there, I’m taking pictures and posting them on here. They need someone who’s experienced in keeping stock and educated on how a business is supposed to run. The staff dont greet You when you arrive and are super rude. Lack of good customer service. It’s super sad. That store needs a class and more in his to run a business smh

This store is horrible! If i could give them a zero i would. I try to avoid going there because the store is just like the employees nasty. I don't know why they got buggies because you can't manuver around in the store by foot because it's so crowded. All The isles always have lots crates on them so you really can't move freely. The employees cuss out loud and act like they dont have to help you. They look burnt out and really dont want to work there. There attitude STINK. I will never go back every again. I wish i could speek to the owner because he needs to do a surprise visit if only he knew how his store looked

This is by far the WORST retail store out of ALL FAMILY DOLLAR'S. Every time I go in there it's some New BS. We are paying customers and shouldn’t have to hear these pitiful excuses about lack of staff, expired food, Wrong prices, and messy aisle. I thought Family Dollar was a real business. Its even gotten to the point where you'll occasionally find a “Closed due to no staff” sign. I have went in there to buy frozen pizza only to find them all expired. The other night i arrive at the store and they locked up 30 minutes early. If it's not one thing it's another. The place is just BAD

The windows and the door is constantly broken out. The employees seem bummed out and it's usually chaos in there. The back of the store is where the cleaning supplies are and it's normally barely stocked. I don't like leaving negative reviews at all. It's been rough in there for years. I'm Guessing that the employees are not getting paid good enough. Who knows?

The frozen as well as the cold drink section was quiet diminished Wich I found frustration when coming in for a drink they have absolutely zero cold sodas.

Police were there when I got there, then got to listen to staff talk about customers & the store was scattered as always.
