Rage is the worst manager you guys could have you guys need someone who is more efficient and knowledgeable and knowledgeable on your return policies. He tried to tell me that I couldn’t return something at that store because the return policy could be different, but will you simply look it up on Google? It says it can return anything to any family Dollar as long as you have the receipt and I had the receipt.

Beware of this store. Manager is really nasty,unprofessional and with a big attitude. Went to this store today and picked up a few items along with some sneakers that was marked $3 dollars. When she ringed up the sneakers they where $10 dollars. I Showed her the picture of the price they were marked and she got an attitude saying she wasn't going to argue with us and canceled our purchase. which is absurd because we weren't arguing with her. She even went ahead and called the cops because my husband has an open carry and she was saying we were going to jail for having it in the store which we were walking all a round the store and she never said anythinguntil the sneakers incident lol.Lady is incapable of working with people. We told her we would like to talk to a supervisor and she said she was the store manager. We asked her name, she took her employee badge off and refused to give us her name. We waited outside for the cops to arrived. No crime was committed.

I have went to family dollar everyday since I started working at Trade It next door. Today I received a nasty phone call from an employee there named Stephanie asking to send one of MY employees over to Family Dollar with a gun due to an issue she was having. I responded to her stating that we are running a business over here and we cannot assist with any issues that should be taken care of by law enforcement. However before I could finish she said several obscene comments and then hung up. I went next door to family dollar to see why she was so upset & she just continued to use profanity towards me as the store manager, Ashley, just stood there not saying a word whatsoever to correct her employee on her behavior towards me. I often go to family dollar, however after this type of hostility, I will not go over there anymore. Very trashy environment. And it was really unprofessional that the store manager allowed her employee to speak to me like that when I literally had nothing to do with the original problem. I understand we work on Bragg Blvd which is not the best of areas but to be treated how I was today was insane. That whole store needs new staff.

They never answer the phone, doesn’t matter what time of day, it’s ridiculous…I had to waste gas to come way over there just for me to check to see if they have something in stock and then they dnt‼️ Waste of gas and energy! they staff need to do better OR HIRE BETTER STAFF.

For some odd reason, whenever I go to family dollar, they always have boxes everywhere. I think they get a delivery truck every day but don't have enough people to put the stuff away. ??♀️Furthermore, the people that work there are very nice. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The place, however, just looks a mess.

Someone really need to come see about this store it is a mess went to pick up some slippers and this store is tore down cloths all over the floor no workers but one. How can a store be open to public looking like this!!! I actually almost felt over the pulley cart right in the Isle. These store still paying low wages this is a disgrace to the world what apartment can your employee get making 200.00 a week SHAME ON YOU with your high rip off prices

The store is very unkept freezers are always down and leaking stuff the store is over crowded for no reason the laundry soap selves looks like some have exploded and no one cares. They close at the most busy times of a day, they are short staffed the turn over IS HIGH but the staff they do have are great and probably unappreciated that is why they dont stay, its just not enough also again the store needs to shut down clean, fix and hire more staff.

Employees we're good. The store was a total wreck. No cards no baskets would have bought more but can't carry everything. Coolers not maintained apparently delivery day Isles were blocked boxes everywhere. Not a good picture of this particular store.
