Wish someone would have stop going into my room when we are gone and stealing our personal items. Had to be someone who can access the room with a key that they can just program at the front desk. They’ve taken hair supplies, medicines. And even food items. Like a whole half bag of chicken flour and just whatever they can steal. They’ve been in there multiple times on different days and have made a mess with the flour. Didn’t even fold the bag up. And it was just me and a child who doesn’t cook. On top of putting us in the room that has all the bad reviews to it. Stay out of people’s personal stuff !!!!

YUCK! The most disgusting place - ever!!! Got here on a Sunday and immediately told the front desk that the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes and the room across the hall was the likely culprit, their response? They rolled there eyes and said “ok”. Finally on Tuesday got moved to another room - DIRECTLY BELOW THE SMOKERS! It still smells terrible. While I was moving all of my stuff down the stairs (elevator broken), the smoker’s room smoke detector started alarming. Still, the manager felt it was better to make me haul everything to a new room rather than tell those people to respect policy. The ‘complimentary’ breakfast is drip coffee in cups with no lids and a cabinet that is opened to reveal stale nutrigrain bars and Otis spunkmeyer muffins. That is it…no exaggeration. Refrigerator is covered in something, grease on the stove and backsplash, carpet is stained, burned and taped down. There was a person sleeping on the sidewalk when I walked out on Monday morning. Cheapest location by far…wonder why?

I have stayed at this hotel several times, once a a year during our college homecoming celebrations. Well this past weekend will certainly be the finale. I was totally disappointed in this hotel. First of all, had a homeless person who literally stayed in the front the entire time with his bags and according to him, he was working but staying out there until he could do better. I am sure management saw him, and should have referred him to the nearest shelter. 2nd, the elevator was not working and I was assigned to the 3rd floor with a lot of luggage. I even had to assist an elderly couple who was also there for FSU Homecoming, I had to help them up them stairs because no other staff was available. 3rd, no hot water, 4th, the poor staff member at the front could only offer excuses and justifications, she was the only one at front desk, the may I add when I climb 3 flights of steps, my room key was not working and the receptionist tried to convince to me that I deactivated my key with my phone and my phone was in my pockets the entire time. 5th, I made a attempt to use the laundry room and the front desk clerk stated, "We have not had quarters since COVID." Then you all had the audacity to take the price of the hotel up due to the homecoming weekend being there. Totally disappointed, this hotel needs new management and transformation. Not satisfied! And please don't respond with another apology. How about a refund!

The employees here are FABULOUS! I stayed here for a few weeks waitn for an apartment and may I say I wish I could stay. Clean, safe, and quiet! Paula is the best receptionist I’ve ever seen at any hotel hands down. Pet friendly hotel but you can’t tell. My family is allergic and hasn’t had not one problem like the other pet friendly hotels around here. 10 out of ten I recommend. Cheap prices and great suites!!!

Hey, traveller here.I cannot say I would recommend this place. I walked into my suite and immediately was hit in the face with the smell of dog, mold, and (dare I say it) unwashed butt. The stove had rust and the wooden furniture had mold/dust/mildew speckled over it. The rug felt dirty and I tried to not put my stuff on the ground. The shower had awful water pressure and the tub looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while... well the whole suite looked like it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. Housekeeping only knocked on my door on my day of check out (I was only there for a week). The staff that worked the front desk were kind and welcoming and understood my dissatisfaction with the suite. It just seems like they're short staffed with housekeeping, which is sad. I am usually not one to complain about anything, but I felt like I needed to write something about my stay to inform the hotel and potential visitors. This place has potential to be better and I do hope the standards of cleanliness improve in the future.

Let’s start at the beginning, when we got to the hotel the lobby smelled like weed. There was a woman chatting with the gal at the desk. We didn’t think much of it and continued to check in. Our room was on the second floor then we were informed that the elevator was not working (and was still broken when we left a week later) We made the trek to our room carrying all of our luggage up the stairs. There were many stains on the carpet in the halls and the walls were pretty banged up. We got to our room and our feet were sticking to the floor…gross! We looked over and saw a cockroach on the stove. There were stains on the carpet in the room and holes in the furniture. We had to call down to the front desk to get a coffee pot for our room. When I went to get it the lady was still at the counter. She asked how my room was and when I told her about how gross it was, she stated that she had similar problems with her room and was trying to get some kind of resolution with the hotel. I went back to the room and was going to move to a different hotel but found out that since I prepaid for the week, it was no refundable so we were stuck. That night my husband pulled out a foot long glob of hair out of the tub and we found another cockroach (we found quite a few throughout the week) needless to say, we didn’t sleep well that night. The next day and the days following we asked for more pillows but we’re told each time that they didn’t have any extras. We also had a couple days without hot water. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and a nationwide company such as Extended Stay America should take steps to fix the issues before it affects their reputation any further. I will not be staying at any of their properties in the future.Rooms: Disgusting rooms!Safety: We did not feel safe at this hotel

Very upset about spending so much to stay here. The elevator is broken and I was not told this ahead of time. I requested the 1st floor and they put me on the 3rd,and are complaining about my small grandchild running around when i specifically asked for the 1st floor and was told I'd get it. The pool is extremely dirty and closed. The fitness room is piss poor. I actually visited a friend here about 4 months ago and the elevator was broken then too. It seems as if they have no intentions of ever getting it fixed. I will be switching hotels this week. This one is just as raggedy and nasty as the other Extended Stays/WoodSpring suites around town.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The only negative thing is, if you say you have a grab and go breakfast, you need to have it. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay.

Entire staff is amazing! It is such a welcoming atmosphere and extremely clean. It’s the cleanest place that I have ever stayed. Housekeeping is wonderful. TJ works very hard to keep the entire facility inside and out clean. It’s like home when you stay here. Peaceful and quiet. I have been here for a month now and I just came to stay for a week. I can’t highly enough recommend it.

I’m in the area for 3 months on a business trip and chose this hotel mainly for the “extended stay” amenities (full kitchen, laundry, etc). I will say, the staff here is wonderful. They are good people just doing the best with what they’ve got. The manager Jessica, maintenance tech TJ, and Paula made me feel so welcome and never like a burden for any of my requests. They truly went above and beyond to the best of their ability. BUT, this hotel is just…shabby and gross. Elevator has been broken for months, smoke detectors are hanging from the ceiling by the wires, so many cockroaches, carpet stinks like pee, breakfast is grab-and-go and VERY minimal, WiFi is terribly slow, the dishes that they brought to the room were greasy and dirty, and the room overall was not cleaned well at all. For a few days it’s fine, but for 3 months I can’t do it. I am switching hotels, and I think it’s time that this place got a much needed renovation and deep-clean.

The only elevator in the hotel was out of order sooooo they put us on the third floor. The freezer in our room had rust inside. The pull out couch had pee stains on both sides of the mattress. The door handle to our room broke and the shower made a really loud noise anytime you added cold water. Never again. Luckily we only had to stay for one night, BUT, never again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room. The fire alarm was hanging off of the ceiling, one of the desk lamps didn't work, the toilet rocked back and forth, the hair dryer didn't work, the room phone didn't work, there were holes in the shower floor, and the floor next to it was water damaged. Despite reporting these issues to the front desk staff, they were not resolved during our week-long stay. Additionally, the elevator was broken the whole time we were here. Luckily, we got a room on the first floor, but it would've been a huge issue for physically challenged guests. Despite these issues, I want to commend the hotel staff for being very friendly and helpful. I don't think it's their fault that these issues weren't resolved, but I hope the hotel management can address these issues moving forward so that future guests can have a more enjoyable stay.

I was displaced from my home by a fire and had to find a place to stay during a holiday weekend. The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The military discount was also helpful.
