I been coming to this store for years and recently customer service hasn’t been that great. The ladies that work there seems to have attitudes & gets upset when I ask for prices with the discount items. Treat others how you want to be treated !

I went into the Express store today to return a lot of boots I purchased in Maryland over the weekend. Unbeknownst to me, you can’t return items purchased from retail stores to the outlet stores. During my visit, I asked to speak with the manager. She explained why, but then states “I now I can do the return, but it would be for zero dollars.” Nasty is still nasty, even if you out nice in front of it. I would expect communication with shoppers to be better handled and useful with someone of her position. So please note. My review isn’t about the policies. It’s about her lasp of professionalism.

I love this Express location. They have a vast selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories. I even got my son's graduation tuxedo here for a decent deal last year. As a plus, they have a huge selection of clearance at the back of the store as well. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

I usually shop at the Express located at Crabtree, but this was my first time shopping at this Express location. Darlene was very helpful and had a great personality.

Came here to buy clothes beginning of month and was impressed at the experience and above all, quality. Today, extremely busy, still loving the quality and style of clothes here- I still have been wearing the same clothes from a decade ago or before-? so when I had a business trip and tried on an old suit of mine from 05- waaay out of style , hole in the rear seam, and so, I ended up here. Obviously enjoyed and liked quality so I returned. Same thing today, impressed by the quality. Only complaint would be lack of staff members to get into the dressing rooms. I had to go all the way to the front and then the two staff members I did find were too busy horsing around to help or even acknowledge my presence, so I walked back to the back and found someone. I think everywhere is suffering from a shortage of staff but it would be nice to have more mindful staff of that. I shouldn’t have to go find you. You should be back there to offer the dressing rooms to me… will still return, tho. ? ?

I love this store but a few years ago it went from a regular store to an outlet but the prices stayed the pretty much the same which makes no sense. For example: I would check the regular store for prices on jeans and they would be aprox. $88 and the outlet sells their jeans for the same price when not on a sale during a holiday. Even during sales its the same as the regular store. I dont see the point of having an outlet that charges regular prices with less options. As far as I am aware outlets are suppose to be at reduced prices and not basically same price as the regular store. The excuse I am told all the time is they sell out of season clothes which I have pulled out my phone and shown them the item in question at the regular store then their answer is I dont know what to tell you. Its not employees fault since they are only doing what higher ups are telling them to do. If this store is an outlet I believe it needs to have outlet prices or change it back to a regular store with more options.
