Went to get a oil change and they did not put oil in properly and messed my car up that I just got only a month ago!! I took it back to them telling them what’s the issue and that they even cut one of my wires and that the car NEVER had a problem until they did whatever oil change they tried to act like they did and they tried to say it was something else wrong with the car and worked on that , charging me more money for something that wasn’t even the problem and messing the car up MORE! I have my receipts, proof and their names and will be going to court because I asked nicely repeatedly for them to check it again and tow it! Because it makes no sense for me to keep having to pay for a tow then when I get there, they aren’t taking accountability for they mess up they trying to get more money for stuff that’s not even wrong with the car when I know what’s the problem that’s why I brought it back to them! Everything in that car from the battery, to the alternator, etc, EVERYTHING IS NEW so nothing should’ve been wrong with my car after the “oil change” and this is not the first complaint I’ve heard dealing with them and their work, especially oil changes! Messing up peoples car and not taking accountability at all not even trying to fix your mistake is NOT okay at all!

LACK OF INTEGRITY!!!!!! Always went there if I have job on any of my cars but today is the last day I go there. When I got back my car there was a damage to it on the interior. I brought the managers attention to it and he told me he knows nothing about that and said he was not paying for it. I was so upset because at no time while we were speaking he called the person who drove my vehicle. All he was saying his guys are honest and they would have told him. Just letting everyone out there know you run a risk with your vehicle when you go to this location. BE AWARE and check your vehicle before you leave.

Awesome work , very reasonable rates, and honesty. Is almost not there anymore, but they still have it. Today, I got all the brakes done pads and rotors all the way around , tires ,hubs , an axle, and of course labor. And wasn't blown away by an outrageous price. I found it to fair and honest. The car drives like new. Thanks guys for work. Highly recommended ?

I went there to just get my car inspected. I was there no longer than 20 mins. I paid and left. When i was still in my car, i notice that Scotty did not give me my registration card back. I call up there, and the person that answer the phone knew who i was because i had just left there. He says before looking, are you sure because we dont have it here, i told him that i dont have it. He said well we dont have it. And then says you dont need it anyway, you are going to throw it away anyways. I said thats not the point, i need it until i go and get my new one. He gets mad and say well i dont have it and its not here, but you can come and look. When I went up there Pat comes to the front and starts getting loud with me saying its not here, and they dont have it, when he wasnt even there when I was there earlier. He was just rude and disrespectful to me. And when I asked him why is he being so rude, he says we been here for years, we arent rude. He then tell me to go to DMV get a duplicate and bring the receipt back and he will pay me for it. All the time, I am keeping my cool and they angry, disrespectful and getting loud with me. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. They stealing registration for what purpose. Just remember this is PAT'S TIRE ON MURCHISON RD. They dont have any customer service.

I have been coming here for years to get an oil change and other things as well. So as usual I’m coming in for an oil change, I ask them could they figure out what the sound was coming from my passages side of the car near the front wheel. The young man that did my oil change didn’t drive the car to figure what was the problem because I heard him say to the guy at the counter clear as day. So the guy at the counter test drove the car and he comes back saying he couldn’t figure out what it could be because my car has some minor damage to it, I guess he came to this conclusion because my front grill is crack and try to blame the sound was coming from my hubcap. I wasn’t satisfied with that answer so I took my car to another mechanic and he drove it and came back and told me it was my struts, it’s very funny that were able to tell me the problem minor damage and all. Very unhappy with the fact my request wasn’t taken seriously was I discriminated against??

THEY DONT WANT GREEN MONEY FROM BLACK HANDS. I came here seeking a vehicle inspection simply because it was close to the Butner Rd gate on post. My vehicle has legal NC tint but they told me it was too dark. Now they made this determination off of my windshield border . I do not have tint on my windshield the only tint is the slight border that comes from the factory and it does not extend anywhere close to the obstructing the drivers view. In NC you can actually have a crack in your windshield and the car still pass inspection. These guys simply did not want my business. Black guy driving late model Mercedes? I am 53 years old so I am not a young huckle buck driving a 'Ima Hustla ' type vehicle. Yes in 2022 institutional racism still exists. They simply don't want your money..Ridiculous!!!

They mess your vehicle up and do not stand behind their sorry work. Broke a brand new alternator and do want to replace. Wants to charge for labor. And the owner was disrespectful cursing customers that paid them a lot of money for work that was not done with quality! Lights was not flickering until they installed new alternator and broke it. DO NOT TAKE VEHICLE THERE! YOU'LL PAY TWICE FOR WHAT SHOULD BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! THE BUILDING ON MURCHISON ROAD ACROSS FROM TIME SAVER! Avoid them! We also have videos and pics to prove it.

Pat's is the best in town as far as I'm concerned! Everything I've ever needed done for my vehicles, Pat's Tire and Auto Shop has taken care of it all. And with no problems, drama, or over charges. They have fair prices and they do great quality work! I highly recommend them!

Went to them to get alignment and they cross treaded inner tie rod so had to replace rack and pinion then had them do another alignment cause close to my job they tighten the inner tie rod and the boot damaged the seal so now I have to replace it again
