I would love to give them zero stars. They find the worst insurance products from companies that literally have 1-2 star ratings and a plethora of complaints with the BBB. I sent them an email letting them know that auto renewal is off the table and I will no longer be working with them. You can never get anyone on the phone when you call the office. Do yourself a favor and research any company that they try to pair you with, to make sure they are not putting you with the worst company that was ever created. I now have an attorney going after the company they paired me with and if they don’t release the information that was supposed to be given to me, East Coast will definitely be a part of the lawsuit.

Worked quickly on getting us a quote. Very friendly, knowledgeable, courtesy. The office manager Debbie was great. Had insurance on home within 2 days. Signed and sent to the mortgage company.

So been with this place for close to 2 years and let's say the customer service I've gotten from these girls & Ryan M. himself have been absolutely awesome and I ain't going to complain one bit... I've actually never had to ride to the place of business to sign any documents or anything!!! My memory is terrible so one of the females will give me a reminder call to pay my bill a few times cause I'm Terrible with the phone. If I had pictures I'll put em up but I don't. I live a good 40 miles from this location but if I needed to go I would. Great place for workers comp n general liability, they also find you the lowest cost and down payment if it's available. Thank you guys
