Staff: The staff on pick up was helpful. They had no cars ready and 7 people were in line waiting for cars.Building: It is within the airport so it stays clean.Car rentals: we had to wait for our car for 30 minutes on pick up. Because they didn’t have a compact ready, they upgraded us to an SUV which was nice. All of the rentals were Chrysler products. Chargers, durangos, vans, rams, jeeps.Parking: plenty of parking.Star rating: 2 stars because of 4 reasons. The cars were not ready when flights landed. They are combine with hertz and one other named car rental which was confusing. The car return parking lot was packed. No place to safely return the car. (Not sure that damage won’t happen with in the parking lot). The return was a nightmare. There was a line, one person working, and no instructions on how to use the drop box.I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

An employee with a nasty attitude lied and made a false statement that i threatened her. This employee no longer works there she had a nasty attitude with all the customers everytime i was ther. Yes i had an attitude but who wouldn't if you a a paying customer and and employee constantly talks nasty to the customers. I was put on a do not rent list. The manager seemed to not wanna speak with me. I asked them to run the cameras back that it was completely false. I was told 2-3 days to get the footage 2-3 hours later a different employee that had no clue about what was going on called to say the manager is keeping the decision. I asked can the manager please call me and explain because why am i being punished forna bad employee and ive been coming to this location for years. I never got a call back. I called corporate to have the manager at that location call me to explain no call. Nothing was done about a bad employee with a nasty attitude that i was told by them that employee no longer worked there

Once I got to the counter, it took me about 5 minutes to get my keys especially coming from Germany. The lady who gave me my car she was quick and knowledgeable.Thank you

Rented from Fayetteville NC airport Dollar two weeks in a row for official government travel and BOTH times no cars available even with a reservation of over 30 days. told to wait until a car showed up and then was cleaned. Other car classes were available but they would not allow me to have one of those so two trips i was late to my destination thanks to the inability to honor a reservation. will not use Dollar again and recommended to not use for official travel also.

Got there at my requested time waited at the small Fayetteville airport for 15-20 mins before someone showed up. I asked/requested a compact , I received a hemi 1500. The inspection form was all crinkled up. I mean besides that no issues.

There were no representatives at the counter and after watching myself and other customers wait approximately 10 minutes at an empty counter I asked if the Hertz rep could call someone and at that time they let me know that they (two males) could service me and now I would need to wait in the Hertz line. I waited in line for approximately 2 hours before making it to the service counter only for them to tell me that I needed to wait for an available car although I had a reservation booked through the government/military DTS system. I work for a general officer, who needed to be on Fort Liberty for an important meeting and I was his means of transportation. We also witnessed the representatives rent vehicles to patrons in front of us who did not have a reservations. They were not apologetic at all and physically expressed attitudes and a dislike for working and providing descent quality service. I will never use you all again. I was better off flying into Raleigh and driving to Fayetteville. Worst service ever and I travel 2-3/month internationally and stateside. I’d give it a zero if I could.

Butt. First of all, I picked up in Charleston, South Carolina. No one was at the Dollar counter. You're just supposed to know that you go to Hertz when Dollar or Thrifty are out of pocket. Diane, from Hertz, was awesome (she gets a 5-star review, but everyone else in this story sucks). I had to return the car in Fayetteville, which of course adds a zillion dollars to the total. Things happened, and it turned out I needed the car for one more day. I had already turned the key in to the night box at around 6:00am. I talked to the airport staff and they said the rental people would be in at 7:00, so I waited. Of course, no one came in for Dollar/Thrifty, but indeed a Hertz person came in at 7:00. Flushed with relief, I approached the desk. The masked DMV-like employee said, "we open at 7:30." I was like, "but I just..." "7:30." "If I could just..." Fine. But eff those people. I shall avoid them and go out of my way to give friends lifts whenever they need them so they can avoid doing business with them too!

I feel like Jerry Seinfeld. 8:30 reservation and I have to wait, nothing is ready, yet a couple that arrives after me got their car and walked off with keys in hand??? Why does it seem government customers always wait?

I had to rent a vehicle on Father’s Day last minute because my van had broken down on her agencies had given me the run around so I went to the airport and went to Thrifty because all the other car rental companies I couldn’t tell if they was open or not. Thrifty had a card available sign displayed so I decided to speak to the clerk there. They unfortunately didn’t have any regular sized cars but gave me a Ram 1500. I’m not a truck person but I really liked the features it had and for the price it was pretty decent.

First time renting a car off the Uber app in Fayetteville, NC. I also received a $10 discount off the fare to the pick-up point. I booked a car through Dollar Rental. I paid for an economy car. Glad I was upgraded to a BIG Boy Truck ?

The rental was good. But I was charged 69 dollar's for not even 2 miles off a full tank when I returned it. and I was on hold for over 30 minutes just for them to say it's my fault.
