Horrible!! This one star isn't for the staff or manager. This one star is for Dollar General as company shame on anyone that thinks cutting hours. During the busy holiday, heck even during non holidays. And having 4 trucks delivered back to back on one day. That tibit I overheard from a associate couple of days ago.. Since Dollar General as company doesn't care that your poor staff are busting their backs with freight and customer's. And DG never reply to complaints. All the photos will be sent the local fire marshal here. Because this store looks like this ALL the time. And there are other stores in this areas that look like this as well. Again the staff in this location are always super friendly and apologize for the clutter.

This store closes randomly throughout their normal business hours. I don’t know if there is a staffing issue or what but they were closed one Saturday at 3pm which sucks for those people wanting to use the Saturday only coupons. Also, they were closed at 7:30pm on a Wednesday. I know I sound like a Karen but this should be handled as these customers and then going to other businesses to spend their money. Super inconvenient and inconsistent. Hire more than 1 person for a shift so the store does not have to close until their normal business hours. Thank you

Dirty. Junky. You can't get any shopping done because you can't maneuver down the aisle.

When it is open, during the hours of operation, it's a nice dollar general. However, it does not always adhere to the hours of operation. Which makes the ability to predict when you can buy things low. ??♂️

The new management has completely turned this store around. Since right before Thanksgiving the friendly customer service and overall employee moral is extremely positive and professional . If I can’t find an item I don’t feel like a bother asking where I might find the items. The employees are helpful and don’t mind looking around if i cannot find something. The new manager Mae is professional and kind .The store is fastly becoming organized and I am impressed at how fast Mae has turned this store around. This Dollar General is my neighborhood store “ Go to” instead of dealing with Walmart any day.

Went in the other day with my 2 year old. She is very active and I am pregnant so a shopping cart is necessary. I asked for one and the lady who was new (and pleasant) politely asked her manager who said there were none. But I'm walking thru the store feeling some type a way because I have alot I need to buy and I'm seeing unopened boxes of merchandise sitting in several shopping carts. I used to work for DG as a keyholder, so I know this is a common practice but I would have cleared a cart for a customer as opposed to making them struggle with a baby and try to shop too. As a business practice, a customer with a shopping cart is going to buy more and bring sales you need to warrant the extra staff hours to put up the merchandise in the first place. As a common courtesy, its just a nice thing to do. The aisles were so full of merchandise I could not navigate the aisles my daughter tripped on boxes and even if I had a shopping cart I couldnt have made it down the aisle, also an unsafe DG regular practice to leave big merchandise carts in the aisle so you have to move it to reach merchandise. I was just disappointed the manager or senior sales associate whom I'm sure was overwhelmed but she could have tried to find a cart or empty one. Anyway I left without buying anything. Went to Family Dollar across the street and bought over $60 in merchandise. I get people steal carts but this was different... The Family Dollar had plenty of shopping carts and it made my experience less stressful being pregnant and with an active toddler. Also the aisles there were free of clutter which was nice. Would have made me feel good as a customer to have gotten the courtesy of a shopping cart is all... Maybe the hormones, lol but I felt insignificant to not have gotten a little help and courtesy of a shopping cart to use

Every aisle in this store shouldn't look like this. This a safety and a health issue. Those aisles should be cleared at all times. Move those carts back into your storage room when you're done. Customers should be able to shop and have access to any item they wish to purchase. This is unacceptable a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Biggest Dollar General I have been to. However, also the messiest. There was merchandise all over the floor. The shelves were a mess and half of the stuff that was suppose to be on the shelves, were on the floor. Couldn't find what I was looking for unless I was digging through all the stuff laying around. Very sad. Every isle was the same!
