The shelves are bare becall of the stock is sitting in bins in between the isles, the store is always closed for register issues or not being able to keep staff.. The District manager is a joke on down to the store and assistant managers also.

The store was locked up not able to get in. This store is always closed when they are supposed to be opened. I had to drive further because they were closed early. This is not the first time this has happened.

I can only review the outside and not the inside since I was locked out of the store at approximately 3:15 PM on Sunday 9/8/24! They were supposed to be open for at least 6 more hours, but apparently nobody was there. The lights were on inside, the doors were locked, looked like a mess inside. There were no cars in the lot except for mine. There is so much trash in the parking lot, this place is not taken care of properly. What is the problem here? There wasn't even a note on the door. Maybe I will improve my review if I make it through the front door!

It really needs cleaning, this is a fairly new store, and it looks like it's the oldest one in NC. To lazy to clean up inside and out, come on why work in those conditions

I stop to shop at this place 8/12/24. It's the one on Ramsey across from Pine Forest school.I needed to use the restroom before I started shopping. The cashier informed me they don't allow the public to use y their bathroom. I find this disturbing as I stop there at least two times per week to shop, and most of the times I need to use the restroom first as I take medication and live another 25 miles from that store. I have never been denied use of the restroom since that store has been there. It is on my way home and I stop there a lot! I felt a bad feeling. I will not buy from that one again as if I can't use the restroom I can't spend my money there.

Horrible. First, my card gets stolen from their store with little help from management. Then, I was overcharged and charged for items I didn't buy, plus didn't get an item I DID want to buy. Spoke with manager,came in... Different TRAINING manager SCREAMS at me bc she DIDN'T understand what was going on or HOW to refund me... ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!
