I have been waiting since Friday (today is Tuesday) for my work equipment to be delivered to this location by Fed Ex.
My employer sent the packages overnight but Fed Ex was not updating their tracking information. I went to this store today just to check and the two employees there were very friendly and helpful and I felt like they actually cared about my packages.
Tonight, I got a call from Sheila- the lady from Dollar General!!!! She was just calling to let me know that my packages had arrived as she had predicted and that they would be available for pickup in the morning. I thanked her profusely and just wanted to give her a hug over the phone! This type of customer service is very rare, but obviously, she's a rare person! From the bottom of my heart, the most sincere thank you Sheila!!

The DG at 7071 Raeford Rd does NOT look like the one in these photos. The freezer area is very small; it has a freezer in the stock area as well. I also can say, it's one of the smaller stores. May be this is why it is one of the neatest and most organized Dollar Generals in this NC area.

Good location. Prices are good especially with coupons. Employees are nice. Could use some more help but this is universal the last year or two. Good store.

What a mess. Totally disappointing. No promotions labeled or displayed. Store was dirty, cluttered and disorganized. No one offered to assist at all. I purchased nothing and left.

The worst store ever went here to spend about 200 dollars but needed to use the bathroom a lady told me I could not use their bathroom so I will not be spending not 1 cent here

Cashier was extremely rude, almost like she was tired of her job. They also BOTCHED my coupons and when I asked a question I was given attitude. Store is out of stock of everything and extremely cluttered. And if you need help finding anything… good luck because they are not about to help you with anything.
