Keightlyn is a fantastic groomer! I highly recommend her services for your fur babies. My puppy always comes home with a beautiful cut and smelling amazing. Plus she is so nice and always listens to what you're looking for.

Keightlyn is the absolute best groomer I’ve ever encountered. My dog bounced around to several groomers that tried to crate him despite my requests not to, but that is absolutely not a problem with Keightlyn! She is so kind and considerate! All my dogs go here now and I will continue to bring them here. The prices are very reasonable too! I cannot praise her enough and you will not regret your choice in coming here for your pet grooming needs. ?

This place is a lifesaver. I was traveling and had to put my dog in daycare. They were super helpful and accommodating. And best of all, my dog loves coming here.

My dog loves going to daycare here. She willingly walks in with her tail wagging so I know they treat her right! I am super picky about where my dog stays and with whom and I have no problem leaving her here!

My dog was boarded at Dog Days Inn. My dogs veterinarian recommended Dogs Days Inn. My dog was excitedly wagging his tail when I picked him up. The staff was professional & wonderful. They could discuss my dog's behavior with me, and I knew it to be true. I highly recommend Dog Days Inn.

Don't even bother, booked them two weeks in advance.. got 2 out of 3 dogs fixed as well as all up to date shots (influenza too! ?) just to get told our dogs weren't up to date because they needed the boosters as well. Actually got a call the day before CONFIRMING our reservation! Mind you we were leaving the next day at 5am out of state for 7 days.. either way we called a handful of other kennels and we actually got told they had made up some lie to people because they overbooked. Smelled so bad too! Just don't even try with them. We found a way better area, cheaper, and nicer owner. DOGS BEST FRIEND in Southern Pines!

Great atmosphere for dogs, dogs love it. Come home and sleep from being worn out from playing. Staff will remember your name and your pets. Nice facility, clean as can be expected. Would, will and do recommend

really good at answering the phone and just walking away or leaving it off the hook. Absolutely waste of time, money, and horrible customer service. I really believe Michael Vick would be a better option.

This place was an absolute waste of my time.I took my dogs today for their trial day and ended walking out because I was told by Brandy that according to them my dogs’ Bordatella was “expired” even though they’re all up to date on their shots and I even went and got them their Canine Influenza so they could go.When I called two weeks ago to get them signed up, I was never told by Brandy (who I spoke to on the phone) that they require Bordetella every 6 months because had that been the case, I would’ve never brought them (it also doesn’t state that on the website). My vet requires it yearly and when I said that, Brandy (who’s extremely rude too) said “yeah well our customers have to request it from their vets and get the okay to get it every 6 months”. I’m not going to request my dogs to get their Bordatella every 6 months when my vet only requires it yearly.Brandy then said in a rude tone “well I’ll just have her ( referring to the girl checking us in) to write a liability/risk waiver and if anything happens then it’s on you” excuse me??Told them to not even worry about it because it was just a waste of my time.I’ve worked (and still do) in the dog daycare field and never would we try and force someone to get their dogs vaccinations every 6 months when it’s up to their vet how often they get their vaccines wether it’s 6 months, yearly or 3 years (Rabies). Never would I ever speak to customers the way that they do.Brandy, you need to fix your attitude and considering you’re the manager you should lead by example by making sure you’re stating your policies clearly when people are inquiring but it just goes to show that considering the manager is that way, I couldn’t even imagine how the rest of the employees are.

Never coming here again. I dropped my cats here while my family and I were on vacation. I specifically told them to feed them at 6am in the morning and 7pm at night and the portions of food were all in bags so they can be fed when the time came. I pick them up today and come to find out they weren’t being fed the correct portions of food and are practically starving. Terrible service.
