I would like to say I was grateful to have Tye to assist me with my auto insurance needs. He was very knowledgeable. He took out time to explain my policy to assure I was comfortable with it. I called, left a message and he called me back the same day... not days later. I was very satisfied. I will contact him later to add other insurance products. Not one time did I feel rushed. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. Because I feel unheard and mishandled to say the least. I have had insurance with this company for years now. It’s a bit expensive but I was willing to pay for “quality insurance”. But recently, I learned of some changes in my policy that were very important and never communicated to me. No call, no email, no written notice about changes to my policy. When I called to speak with someone on this matter the young man so kindly told me that BASICALLY… two vehicles were affected due to what one vehicle has done. Not a care or concern in the world about what was right and wrong. He seemed to be new and not very knowledgeable about the process of his profession and I asked to speak with a manager…but he never produced one. And that’s just that?♀️ I was dismissed with more questions than answers and that is the case until today. I am disappointed and frustrated as I still do not understand the procedure that has gone wrong in my case. I am a small business owner myself and I certainly understand how sometimes things happen, but as a business owner I always feel an obligation to repair and replace things that may have happened due to my own fault. Or remotely related to unfair practices on my end. At the end of the day, I guess one customer unhappy and leaving is just one.

Promptly respond not only to my requests but also from Allstate agent who I chose for continuing my needed auto insurance which I need as have moved out of Fayetteville after 40 years there

Kari and Sarah helped me with changing my policy type on my homeowners insurance. Everything was looked into addressed and completed within a matter of a couple hours!! And they were both VERY pleasant to work with!! Highly recommend this office to handle all your insurance needs!

5 stars is an understatement, my dad and I have been insured at Dan heiman for years, always been treated with the upmost respect, willingness to help and true care for there customers. Dan heiman should be honored Too have a staff that strives to take customer service to a next level.

Terrible office they don’t answer most of the time. They don’t write down notes like they should either. When I had a claim nobody known what was being talked about in previous conversations even with the same person they were lost and telling me different things. Not helpful in lowering your insurance in the best way possible. They lie about things and aren’t reliable.
