First, I believe in treating people the way that I want to be treatedSecond, customer service is everything. My experience today with a young man by the name of Mark, that worked in the Pharmacy lacked good customer service. I told him why I was there and asked if he could look up my account to confirm what my Physician notated in the system. He asked 2x, "what am I looking for."I did not want to waste anymore of my time with him. Thank God for the young man that was filling prescriptions. I asked him if he could look up my account.He asked for my d.o.b and completed my appointment. After this experience, I have removed CVS from my Pharmacy of choice. I wish that I had the name for the young that made the difference today. He deserves to be commended for a job well done.I do know that he was just helping out today at the Ramsey location. His demeanor and professionalism was outstanding. I applaud this young for exhibiting an interest in helping all customers. He was very busy but still took an interest in helping everyone.

I've tried to give them many chances over the years. They still make mistakes (unmixed kids antibiotics) to billing errors (tried to charge $4000 for a med) the customer service is lacking. And they never answer the phone.

This is a sorry Pharmacy. The short fat lady name Denise and the short bright skinned lady worrying why I was there shaking my head instead of getting prescriptions filled. Then fat Denise talking about going to Walmart Pharmacy, might as well because they are probably more professional than these pharmacist at this CVS. Then Denise took my ID for what reason I don't know and told me to come back at 6 for the prescriptions but when I went back then she tells me it is out of stock. She could have told me that when I was there earlier. Now if that is not unprofessional I don't know what is.

Pure trash. Horrible service. They literally do whatever they want. Their hours say that they're closed for lunch from 1:30pm-2pm. Well, they open back up whenever they feel like it. They could care less about customers. On top of that, don't bother calling them. They don't answer. I don't mean that you have to hold for a while before someone answers. I mean they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. As in, they might as well throw away their phone. Flat out terrible. I wish I could give lower than 1 star.

I hate to even give a one star...that's too high. My doctor called in three prescriptions last night. The pharmacy closes early before fulfilling the prescriptions. I had to have my prescriptions submitted to another location in town. This morning I find out the prescriptions are on hold. I call to inquire about this. Evidently the pharmacy here on Ramsey St did the billing to insurance but didn't fulfill the order for pick and is closed today as well. Until this location opens and reverses the billing to insurance no one can fulfill my prescriptions at the other locations. Seriously...people need meds and can let get them here because they close early and not reopen the next day? These pharmacists should be fired and I should sue. I'm diagnosed with Covid and need the Paxlovid...can't get it because this pharmacist billed to insurance and then closed. I imagine there are other people needing life saving meds who can't get them either. CVS district people should clean house....fire these people .

I don’t even think they answer the phone! It’s honestly ridiculous. If I could give them a negative review definitely would. Been on the phone for over a hour and still no answer.

Can confirm reviews mentioning the fact that the pharmacy never picks up. I’ve tried calling them at different hours, I’ve tried calling the front desk and getting them to transfer me over, the pharmacy never.picks.up. I’m lucky my medication isn’t life saving.

The cashier was very helpful and even left the counter where she was ringing up my items to go back to the vitamin section and find another bottle of vitamin C so that I would have the 2 for 1 special; and she brought it all the way to the front counter for me. I am sure other people saw her too and thought highly of her. And she did it so cheerfully.

The pharmacy is allergic to doing their job and picking up the phone. Multiple instances of hour long holds, or shorter holds that are only short due to the fact that they end your call.

This pharmacy will have u on hold for hours if u don't hang up and drive there. I do not know what they problem is as far as help it's always a new strange person over worked inside. It takes a week for me to get my medicine after it's been in already from my doctor. They need to get it together or I am switching. It's getting bad. Every time I need my medicine.

This is the worse store ever they don’t help they don’t care and they love telling you to just wait for hours days weeks. All the employees are rude not just some of them all of them. They are going to get sued because they are going to trigger someone. And the manager there will lie on you. Please find anywhere to go but here. The worse service ever. I mean ever. Law Suit is headed there way

The store are very friendly, especially their pharmacy are super professional, kind, and caring! We love Ms. Denise Huggins, the Pharmacist, she is experienced, funny, and pretty, she always showers her customers with her sunshine smile and humor. She is efficient, precise, and knowledgeable. Also, when we went to get our flu shots, her skills are amazing-- we didn't even feel any pain, she already finished. We strongly recommend this location without any hesitation.

The service is alright although the reason I took a star off was because,the apple juice I got was out so and was substitute.I was also notified but,the sunflower seeds were also out and substituted and I was not notified.and ABIGAL DONT EVEN GET ME STARED THIS GUTL WAS SLOW ASF AND JUST MADE ME MADE SO 4 BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.So yeah 4 stars.
