I love this place! They do a lot of different types of poodle cuts that will definitely grow on you. And I can always trust my dog is being safely taken care of.

The customer service is awful I will never come back my dog is shaved to we're she has marks on her back it's sad. I told them I wanted it cutt a certain way and she did the complete opposite.

I had high hopes for this place after taking my Shih-poo for a groom twice. I decided to then entrust them with my 8-year-old Golden Retriever, who has severe arthritis and has recovered from a Cruciate repair surgery. I expressed my concerns about having her kenneled for a lengthy period of time, as she doesn't do well in kennel environments, can be quite nervous, and it isn't good for her arthritis. I signed in as the FIRST customer of the day and left. After three hours, I began to wonder what was taking so long. I decided to show up and the lady at the front informed me she had been bathed, but still had not been trimmed and they would need an additional 30 minutes to complete her trim. Meanwhile, there were multiple other large dogs on tables getting full grooms. If they had done her bath, a force dry as requested, and then completed the trim- as the first client of the day- it should not have taken any longer than 2 hours. I am so disappointed in the way this was handled and the fact that as the first client of the day, she was kenneled way longer than necessary for a simple tidy up on a Golden Retriever. I paid for the bath only and we left. My concerns were not respected, and we will not be back.
