Recently got a walking stick (the handle of it) engraved. Very pleased with the product! Crown trophy has great customer service, good turnaround time, and fees for services are reasonable.

I have worked with Crown Trophy many times over the last few years and I have always been impressed but today's service was INCREDIBLE! I was able to purchase the trophy I wanted, get it engraved, pay and walk out the door in less than 15 minutes. Amazing!

The staff here are wonderful. I needed to get a name tag made after we had to have our pet cremated, and the lovely lady (I am really bad at remembering names) was very sympathetic while I got choked up saying what I wanted on it. She offered some suggestions to put onto the name tag and I let them have creative freedom for how to design it. What I got back was a beautiful name tag that my family and I will be proudly displaying on the urn. The entire transaction was done with the utmost care and respect, and I will proudly suggest their services to everyone who needs it.

Laura and the rest of the staff were incredibly empathetic, as they helped me choose an engraved nameplate for my father-in-law's urn. They showed compassion and understanding while being professional. Laura explained all my options and engraved a beautiful and classy nameplate. I will definitely return to Crown Trophy and absolutely recommend them.

I don't understand why this company is name crown awards, they should be called RIGHT ON TIME!!!!. I have to say they was prompt on helping me out. I needed some items done within two days, and they delivered. Most places was saying that they need like two weeks. So I have to send out a shout to this place. Good work and fast services.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Worked with our program & got embroidered cheer uniforms made & delivered in two weeks. They worked hard to get the order accomplished. They also had the uniforms organized by squad member when we picked them up. Can’t recommend enough!
