I have bought many cars . I found a used car that I thought they would make right to purchase. Far as repairs to rear bumper. While repairs was been made in body shop, after a week of waiting. The car comes back to me with overspray of paint.all over car and windows. I hope they do paint corrections on this car. Instead of management trying to cover with wax.So buying a car from them make sure you make them make the car right before you sign. Don't let pressure you to buy because they said they will fix everything to your satisfaction. Must be right before the sale.

Absolute trash. The selection was terrible. The finance manager, John Sapp, didn’t even know the numbers they were offering but he had my title in His hand for some reason. When I went to leave he didn’t have my keys and tried to keep my title. Called back and the general manager had left and the guy that followed from the dealership floor begging for my business told me he didn’t know what was said in the conversation because a door was closed which is a lie because no office door in the building was closed. If you’re looking to trade in a classic car do go here. Drive the extra light Skibo and go to the dodge dealership or something.

Awesome crew and impeccable service. Fort Bragg is within 30 mile radius and covered by the Valet service. Picked up around 7:30 am in the morning at living place, and dropped off at my work around 12:30pm. Very very convenient, drivers are professional.

I am giving a one star because I did have a couple people here trying to assist me. This dealer proved to me that it is all about the money, not the customer. Earlier this week I was working with the staff there through the internet and email to purchase a Ford Maverick, would have been a present to myself for my birthday which is today, and the financing was taking a little long in order to try and get the payments to where I needed them. The finance person suggested she try the next morning to reach out to one other person to try on a better rate. After not hearing anything I reached out to someone for an update. Late in the afternoon I received a call from the finance person stating that the Sales Manager, I believe Jeff, had sold the vehicle to someone else not realizing a deal was in progress. I have bought enough cars over the last 30 years to no better. This is the first time in all my car buying experiences that I have had a car sold out from under me. Of course, they apologized (not the sales manager) and attempted to look for another one with no luck. If you decide to deal with this dealership, make sure you go there in person so then your business might mean something to them. My advise would be to find another dealership.Disappointed veteran.

I wanted to share with everyone how courteous, professional, and informative Patrick is within the Super Duty office. He went over and beyond in assisting me through my maintenance needs. I can't say enough of how his customer service displays a positive reflection on Liberty Ford. Thank You Patrick.

All, I think hard before leaving negative reviews because I know livelihoods are tied to it, but I feel people need to be warned about this place. My husband has been complaining about the transmission for some time on this vehicle, but they always said they couldn’t replicate it or that it was a programming error… until immediately after my powertrain warranty expired.Thankfully, I have an extended warranty. Liberty Ford had us drop off the truck and said the warranty place wanted to do an inspection. 72 hours later, they have not started the inspection, there’s been no communication other than what I have to persistently call for. I am continually told they will call back, but nothing. They have us held hostage. My husband and I both work and have to ensure our child to gets to school/from daycare/to events. Choose literally anyone else to get better maintenance.

Liberty Ford was a bit of a letdown. I took my car there over the summer, and they charged me 2 "diagnostic" inspections at $160 a pop (of course without actually fixing the problem). They said they couldn't fix my trunk switch without replacing the headlamp switch, which was going to be like $800 or so. I had an issue with my transmission or fuel causing a delay in performance after leaving a stop sign. They told me it was a clutch. I have an automatic transmission... Anyway, they did say they would fix those problems and would deduct the diagnostic fees. I forget what the total cost was, but it was something astronomical - well over $1100. I took my car to Tucker's Auto, and they fixed all of it for $390.95 and a few other issues. Please stop emailing me, I will never take my car back to you.

Well after being a Ford man all my life I will never ever buy one again. After the experience at Liberty Ford of Fayetteville NC the service department were lying and did not do anything for ten days. No phone calls Scott said he was having problems with his phone. They were going to check the car which they never did Twice I had to wait for Scott to go check with the mechanic. This time he had to leave for an emergency. The first time went to check on the status of the car he said I needed a new complete wiring harness. All I needed was a turbo hose that was leaking. Blacks tire service found the problem so I told them needed a new hose. They are out to just get as much money as they possibly can. And every time Scott went to talk to the mechanic he would come back smelling like an ashtray. It looks like they drove me to start buying GM products. I wouldn't recommend Liberty's service department to anyone. Never again will I buy a Ford product. Well that's all I have to say

What Liberty Ford did well is, they picked my car up from my home which was extremely helpful. Although the pickup was late, I appreciate it.What could be improved is, better communication regarding the delivery service after vehicle is fixed. Also, after my vehicle was fixed, a call before 5 pm when most establishments are close/closing and Liberty was closing at 6 pm would have been great. My service adviser Steve P. was patient, kind and professional. I would use Liberty in the future for services or a purchase.

They want you to pay more than their asking price if you are paying cash. I understand dealerships make all their money in financing but to have a company policy that they must add money to the asking price if your paying cash is ridiculous!I will give credit to the sales person, James Moses, he was very kind and upfront. I dont blame him, it's the general managers poor business practices that make this a horrible place to try and buy a car.

Just had my vehicle In for service, dealerships aren't the cheapest way to have a vehicle worked on but typically they repair it correctly. My first complaint would be I had to call twice to find out the status of my vehicle after I didn't receive a call back like promised the first time. After finally getting a call back being told it is done we had to physically show them the truck because whoever took the vehicle in didn't "add it to the system" then after all of that one of the issues I asked to have fixed wasn't even repaired after I explicitly asked twice if it was. Maybe the new owners are still trying to work out the kinks but I was heavily disappointed.

Awesome crew and impeccable service, came into service dept with fuse issue after going to Lafayette Ford where had recently purchased. Lafayette wouldn't attempt to help me resolve issue stating leave my work truck full of tools in parking lot for 2 weeks and then couldn't gaurantee could repair. So called and Liberty Ford made me an appointment on the spot. Not only did they find fuse blown for trailer use but also repaired recall while was there in only an hour. I didn't know what to say but was well beyond grateful. They truly went above and beyond after several dealerships wouldn't even attempt to help me on my business vehicle. It's truly a shame you do business with dealerships and won't honor any customers. Running a business and having my 2021 Ford F250 supercrew in good working order is detrimental to survive. I didn't have to explain this to Liberty Ford as they made statement these trucks are produced as working trucks and all components need to serviced with upmost urgency to keep our country's economy going. I thank them truly as visited/made appointments at many dealerships to be told not priority and wouldn't even look at truck when was only one fuse blown. Thank you Liberty Ford.

They lied about my car needed if a axle in just one side. I took it in there for a different noise. Left with same noise after $700 and then they wanted $800 more for the axle that wasn’t even bad. Also, they said my air conditioner was broken I needed a new one. It worked when I drove it there. Picked it up it did not work. I said someone needs to check it. Something is loose from whatever damage you were doing to my car to cost me more money. Idiot??? No I’m not. My parents did not raise an idiot. Do not go there with your vehicle. It will cost you a lot more than the reason you went there.
