Patrick was amazing. I wasn't even aware Ford offered a mobile option until the lady at the counter suggested the service. Patrick communicated before his arrival. He was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I am a very satisfied customer!!!

Lillian Childs and Mike were the best! No pressure, handles everything fantastic. Lillian handled everything perfectly from me looking around and then assisting me in my new truck, it was an awesome experience and I recommend to go to this dealership. Thanks again and keep up the super work.

From vehicle drop off to pick up my experience was perfect. My Quick Lane Advisor, C., did an excellently efficient job at checking my vehicle in and thoroughly explaining what would be done. I had no questions when I left via Liberty Ford Shuttle. The shuttle service is always a must and so convenient. I don't have to worry about making extra plans from and to Liberty Ford anymore. It's a true time-saver and makes getting my vehicle taken care of a smoother and more manageable process. I got the call from Advisor C. regarding my vehicle almost 20 minutes from the time the shuttle dropped me off. Wow! That was quick (no pun intended :-). Advisor C. told me not to rush; therefore, I was able to finish my work and arrange for the shuttle to pick me up afterwards with ease. Advisor C. explained everything that the mechanic did and asked if I had any questions. I didn't, so I went to my car as usual. When I started it up and drove I couldn't believe how smoothly it ran! My car drove like it did the first day I bought it. I stopped back in and asked who my mechanic was so that I could personally thank him/her for the magnificent work put into my vehicle. I was speechlessly amazed and look forward to always having my vehicle taken care of at Liberty Ford.

My vehicle was taken in when I arrived. A thorough inspection was completed, and my oil change was done as I asked. I also, had a recall on my vehicle. It was taken from Quick Lane to Service department with no problems. I expected my vehicle to stay over the weekend to get the recall taken care of; however, it was repaired to my delight. I received a call that my vehicle was ready the same day I took it in! The Liberty Shuttle picked me up to retrieve my vehicle. It was a very smooth and easy process. Thank you for the considerate and consistent communication with updates on my vehicle also. I appreciate being kept in the loop. Keep up the magnificent work! :-)

Curtis was a blessing—
Very patient, very professional, and worked over and beyond helping me deal with a used car company that sold me a car with hidden issues.
Thank you Curtis for your integrity and help.
Promote this gentleman ASAP.
God Blesses you.

I am a 30 year military disabled veteran and I own a 2010 F-150 King Ranch (original owner). I will never take my truck to this dealership again! I had work done on my truck in January 2024 with a cost of $4000. This Ford service department repaired everything on my truck, except for an electrical issue with the junction box (electrical panel). The junction box was on back order until June 2024. I finally received an appointment to replace the junction box. The dealership kept my truck for almost an additional week. So I drove from Raleigh NC to Fayetteville NC to find out that they could not repair my truck, meaning they could NOT repair my junction box (electrical panel). Here is the part that will shock you, they had the audacity to give me my keys without telling me that the truck WAS NOT repaired!! So now I don’t have AC, and my panel does not light up! So after I picked up my truck they gave me an additional quote of $1700 to fix the junction box with ADDITIONAL repairs. Wow!! I called the service manager and left a message, he called me back and I missed his call. However I called him back and he never returned my call, after calling him (2) more times. So I decided to call the dealership manager, this guy was a joke. He said he was also a military veteran and he would look into my issue and call me back! This guy never called me back, nor did he respond to my 4 phone calls. There is nothing worse then dealing with someone with no professional integrity! I've been a Ford driver for 35 years, I will never take my truck to Liberty Ford in Fayetteville NC again! Customers be aware of potentially being taken advantage of, get a second opinion!!! What happened to doing business with people who have morals, values, ethics and most importantly integrity! I thought that this particular dealership would do business the right way, but it’s all about money, not customer service. I am really disappointed in a military veteran who is a service manager “NOT” having enough integrity to call me back to resolve this issue. I learned a very expensive lesson in doing business with this dealership!

Liberty Ford is great. I highly recommend requesting Ronni Wood. She is attentive and will ensure your car is being treated properly and getting done in the most efficient way possible. I most likely would not have come back to Liberty Ford if it wasn’t for Ronni. 10/10 recommend.

The issue began when I noticed the radiator reservoir in my 2015 Ford F-150 was empty, so I took it in for service. I suspected a leak and indicated to the staff where I thought it might be coming from, though I'm not a certified mechanic. The service center replaced some hoses, the bill was paid and I left. That weekend, I bought another car and the truck was parked. A few weeks later, I needed to use the truck, so as a former military member who always checks vehicles after they've been parked for a while, I noticed the radiator in my truck was completely empty. I replaced the coolant and brought it back to the service center, where they were unable to initially find the leak. After they asked permission to perform a pressure test, they identified a leak near the intercooler area. However, they said this was not covered under the previous service warranty, as it involved different parts, and the repair would be more substantial. When I inquired about the previous service, I was told that I had requested the parts be changed, but the staff admitted a pressure test was not performed. I paid for the diagnostic test and left, feeling very dissatisfied with the experience.
As a Quality Assurance Manager, I know that proper assessment and diagnostic testing are crucial to identifying and resolving issues. I have been a loyal customer since 2015, but this interaction has left a bad impression, and I will be taking my truck to another location for further repairs. Thanks for requesting my feedback.

Liberty Ford called to schedule a on site visit for a recall on my Bronco. The service agent set the appointment. They text me when they were on the way, got it done in the time frame scheduled, and were professional and courteous. Getting the service done at home was a big bonus. Got it done quickly and we were all on our way.
