They guys at Cross Creek Pawn are always friendly and inviting when you visit their store. Their customer service is a cut above. Can't find such knowledgeable and friendly service in most places any more. Thank you

At this Pawn Shop , they claim that they will just about take anything. Under the conditions that it is not perishable, or stolen properly, etc etc. And on the front door they claim they are a part of the Pawn Brokers Association. All the defining features of a Pawn Shop. But, the employees nay , they don't want to be Pawn Stars , just the opposite. They won't take your stuff if it doesn't conform to their pre existing standards and conditions. Tread with care into this Pawn Establishment

I used to love this place, they have really gone down hill with their customer service. I've stopped going there all together due to a combination of this, as well as the insultingly low prices I was quoted the last 3 or 4 times I went there, & the rude way they make me feel like their looking down their noses at me. I found a new, in box jointer on Facebook marketplace, advertised as pick up or ship. I ordered and payed for the item including shipping charges as advertised and was told to expect it in about a week. The following day I received a message that my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I sent the seller a message asking if it was still available. It was, only now for pickup only. I learned they made a mistake and shipping shouldn't have been offered. OK, but why did I pay for shipping and have it accepted? I'm sure they must have made a mistake but to not even contact me with why my order was cancelled is crappy business practice. They should have sucked it up and shipped it to me anyway to maintain their integrity...no such luck. Just a lousy way of doing business. Avoid!!
