Decent store. Greeted me on the way in. Asked what I was in the market for. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because they had their door open. A few bugs were getting in the building.

They were always super friendly in here, and honestly the only reason I left the Cricket network is because they don't offer nice phones for a monthly fee like the rest of these companies do. I got a Spectrum Galaxy Note 20 5g, $1000 phone for $40/month for 2 yrs.. you can't beat that, especially when I'm still not in a contract! $15/month for 1gb of data, and unlimited talk and text, or $45 for unlimited data to 20 gb! Cricket is $50 for that, or $60 if you want hotspot!

Don't shop here. Cricket sells phones that don't work, and refuse to make it right. I'm contacting the NC Attorney General about this, because Cricket won't replace an 8 day old phone that randomly stops working.

Waited about 2weeks to make this post to see how the service was. Best choice I made in switching plans. Was getting charged alot with my previous cell phone company but they made it cheap and easy. Shout out to Amanda, Brandon, and Alan to helping us out and getting us the best deals possible. Thanks guys.
