Amazing customer service!!!! The phone I wanted was sold out but the wonderful man who works here was able to help me order the phone I needed at another cricket location right before close. He helped me on 3/6 at 7:45pm. If any manager sees this give him a raise!!!

They will still charge you a protection plan for $8 even, though you don’t want it. You’re best bet is to go to Walmart and get the SIM card and activate your new line yourself . If not they charge $25 activation fee and $10 for the esim.

So they just missed out on 3 new phone sells and a long time customer,... Because they only want 2 people in the store at a time ,even though we got out the same car, 2 adults and a child.

Great company to have service with as 2020 I will become a 5 years carrier of their service , mean you can't beat four lines unlimited cell phone service for 100$ always have service no matter my location. They carry off at& t so if you a great relieble cell phone carrier choose them.

I went to pick my item that I ordered on wish. Got message stating it was available for pick up there starting nov 26 Due to work I wasn’t able to make it until 12/3. It also stated that item would be returned and I would have a restocking fee on 12/13. So I came and they scanned the qr code on my phone. Actually twice. They searched for a few minutes then came to me and said they couldn’t find it! They said they got a big shipment in Yesterday however they still couldn’t find my package. So I left and when I checked the website and the next day I noticed that it said that it was picked up because they had to scan my code twice and then I had a whole Nother issue because I had put down my name and contact information and I was told the supervisor would call me the next day but she never did today is not a day three and I still have yet to heard from anyone there
